Very nice and cozy apartment. Everything was perfect. Mariella is very friendly and communicative. We would like to come back again.

The stay in the accommodation was all around pleasant! The apartment was clean and furnished with everything important - just like in the description. The location was quiet, with a view of the mountains and ideal for hiking and trail tours. Robert was very friendly and easy to reach. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Clear recommendation!

We are "repeat offenders" and have now been to this beautiful apartment on the Halblech for the third time. As always, everything was wonderful - the apartment is sooo beautiful and cozy and the location is simply unique. We have undertaken several bike tours, to the Ammergebirge, to the Wieskirche, to the lakes - all from the apartment. The beautiful natural perennial garden can be used and every day Mietzi, the neighbor cat, visited us for cuddling. Simply perfect! And on top of that, the apartment and the house belong to two very nice and warm people :-)

We spent a wonderful 6 days in South Tyrol and found the perfect retreat for our stay with the Chalet Rueper Hof. The overwhelming view, the very high-quality amenities, the seclusion and tranquility as well as the hospitality of Bettina (and Oswald) made our vacation perfect. The optional breakfast is lovingly prepared and highly recommended. We will also miss the daily petting of the farm's own goats. We'll be back!

It was a wonderful stay. We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment and were able to end the evenings after a long day of skiing by cooking together as the kitchen was perfectly equipped. We will definitely be coming back.

I would give it 10 stars if I could. Ingrid and her husband are adorable, available and offer a bread delivery service. The accommodation is beautiful, simply decorated but with a lot of taste. From the outside to the inside everything is beautiful, clean and smells good. The view of the mountains and the river is splendid. If you are a lover of (splendid) nature, hiking, calm, if you like to be able to fall asleep with the sound of the river and watch the sun rise and set on the mountain, Ingrid's house is for you. Thank you Ingrid, we'll be back next year!

Great place to stay with a very nice wellness and fitness area. Everything very stylish, high quality and implemented with an eye for details. Very nice and helpful hosts. We really didn't miss anything. Very clear recommendation for a ski, snowboard, hiking or mountain bike vacation.

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

We were 6 people on the property. The check in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is great. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

Our stay was super nice. The parking was right in front of the house, which was great. The mountains had felt close to grab and even marvel at the breakfast table. We had just arrived immediately in the holiday feeling. We had also felt well taken care of with our questions and were received in a very friendly manner.

Beautiful and clean area, with a lot of entertainment oppportunities, active sport life and sharp clean air on the other hand cosy, clean and silent location perfect for a family trip. Friendly and proactive host really feel like friends. Simply perfect!

I immediately felt at home. Cozy wooden house with everything you need. Old and new furniture very successfully combined. The adjacent street did not bother us at all. Beds were great and everything was really nice and clean. Very nice surroundings with great opportunities for leisure activities. Great bike paths and absolutely great views. I immediately fell in love with the house, the garden and the garden house with sauna. Possibility to charge an electric car and a garage to store the bike. In the kitchen everything you could need is available. A little noisy, but it didn't bother us - it's a wooden house. We'd love to do it again, there are still enough bike tours left for us. Füßen and Schongau are nearby. Swimming pool in Schongau was the hit for the little ones. Clear recommendation from us. Thanks Kathrin

The apartment is very clean and modern. We felt right at home. Jade and Ingo are great, likeable hosts. For us and our dogs, the garden and the proximity to the forest/proximity to the hiking trails were optimal. Shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. All in all we had a very nice, relaxed stay and will certainly be very happy to come back.

The apartment was wonderfully modern. In the kitchen/living room and bathroom are smart speakers who have done good services. We felt "at home" as they say. If you like it quiet, this is definitely the place to be.

We had a great stay at Marlies' place! The house is modern, well equipped and lays in a beautiful, peaceful environment. We particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with lots of wood, the large window fronts overlooking the countryside and the thoughtful amenities – including a Cremesso capsule machine that makes the morning coffee perfect. Check-in via the lockbox was straightforward, and communication with Marlies was smooth and very friendly. Everything was sparkling clean, the beds comfortable, and nothing was missing. The accommodation is ideally located – quiet and yet close to Fügen and other destinations in the Zillertal. Parking is available right in front of the house. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend this place. Thank you, Marlies, for the great hospitality!

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, it was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

Wonderfully decorated condo. Clean, in a nice area right next to a restaurant, and right next to a tram stop. Host is responsive and communicates effectively and efficiently.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The kitchen was well equipped, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom also left nothing to be desired. We stayed with Tom Ramoser for 2 weeks. We felt very comfortable: The apartment was exactly as described, modern, very clean and well equipped - everything you needed was there. The apartment is accessible by elevator from the parking lot, which is of course very convenient for arrival and departure. We had great weather and were able to do many different hikes in the immediate vicinity. There are nearby shopping facilities - the small Col market with the bread factory is particularly recommended.
