Waterfront holiday rentals in Inlet Beach, Walton County

The room had a beautiful view and a large balcony.We saw some dolphins a few times,and some stingrays from the balcony.The room was clean and exactly as described.Alex was wonderful and responsive when we had any questions.He also allowed us to show up a hour early.We had our own stuff,but if needed there is a closet full of umbrellas and beach toys.I would definitely recommend this place to anybody,and if I come back to pcb,I will likely try to stay here again.

This condo is awesome. It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely go back. Chris and Cameron are extremely responsive and amazing hosts. The place is exactly as described in the post and what you see in the pictures is what it looks like. You can’t get closer to the beach and the area is great. Very quiet and clean gated community with a private beach (no public access). Beach was clean and absolutely amazing. The place is really close to some grocery stores, cvs and some really good restaurants. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quiet vacation.

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

Overall, this condo was a 10/10! Beautiful and peaceful location, steps away from the beach and Roysan’s condo had more than enough space and amenities. My only complaint would be around the dirty dishes and items in the kitchen, but overall, I would love to visit again and I am thankful for such a responsive and attentive host!

We so enjoyed the beach home. We were right on the beach and next to the pool. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed meeting the other families there. It was a nice family spot. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We love staying at the Majestic Beach Resort. Astrid's place was clean and tidy, small, but comfortable for two adults. She checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Absolutely gorgeous view!

What a beautiful place Ricky has! Furnishings were clean, the kitchen has all the essentials and more! It has the most amazing view and walkable to several restaurants and things to do. Very responsive host. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Our family had an amazing time. The townhome was beautiful and spacious. My favorite part was the privacy and peaceful surroundings. I loved sitting out on the screened in porch in the morning and evening. The beach area was not crowded at all. We were able to set our chairs up right at the waters edge. The hosts left us snacks to get started, plenty of beach towels and chairs, cabinets were stocked with everything we would need and bathrooms had plenty soap, shampoo and conditioner. We really didn’t have to bring a thing other than our clothes. We had groceries delivered from Walmart, cooked in and ate out both. It truly felt like home. I want to especially add how quick the hosts were to respond and how good they were to check on us. We had trouble with the TV in the living room when we first arrived. Turns out the remotes just needed batteries. Even after telling the host we would just get some when we were out, they made sure to drop off batteries the next morning.

Wonderful place! Pristine and great location. Beds were very comfortable too. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful home and stay here again if we come to the area.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect space for us. The location is just a few blocks to the beach, the golf cart was great and parking for the cart right at the beach access location, get the golf cart. Very quiet part of the beach, no crowds, high rises, or traffic. The beach was not crowded. I was shocked how well stocked the house was, Zachary literally thought of everything guests would possibly need and then some. Beach gear included was an additional plus. Communication with Zachary was quick and easy. We did not need to reach out during our stay as everything was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host Zachary. Fontainebleau Terrace is an icon in PCB! It may be a relic, but it is definitely a treasure and the renovations are making it the best bang for the buck on the beach. You cannot find better sunset views or beach privacy and expanse anywhere else in PCB! This condo is the finest on in the whole place--well appointed with every amenity possible, even a mini washer/dryer! The bathroom is a great size with a fabulous walk-in shower! The kitchenette was perfectly designed to meet our needs for dining in when we wished. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the giant TV with Netflix and Prime Video was perfect for those rainy days in! I loved the tile floors, shiplap walls, and the plantation shutters--just gorgeous!! And there's plenty of electrical outlets!! Again the decor was top-notch and I would definitely rent again from these owners! They were very responsive to my questions. The unit was very clean! Elevator fast; stairs doable; pool never full; place not loud or crazy! Nice

Very nice and clean house minus the outside grill (it needs to be cleaned). Parking wasn’t quite what I was thinking/expecting, but still adequate for our needs. Very beautiful back yard view of the water. Water was shallow, so the guys didn’t get any fishing in, but my six year old daughter loved the beach area and host provided plenty of outside/sand toys. The small back bedroom was a bit stuffy with not a lot of air flow, but a floor fan was provided. Basic kitchen items provided. Overall it’s a very cute and clutter free place. Would book again if our dates align for our yearly fishing trip.

We loved this place! The house is beautiful and exactly like the photos. The pool was fantastic and the backyard is so private. The house has plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. Each room has ceiling fans and extra fans if you needed. Plenty of seating for the whole family. We loved this side of PC too. So quiet and nothing but families. The walk to the beach is very quick and not crowded at all. I also really liked that they have things in the shed we could use too, like extra chairs and a wagon. Publix, Aldi and CVS are all just a 5 minute drive away. 10/10 - definitely a place we’d stay again!

THAT SLIDE! I have a 10, 8, and 6 year old grandkids who have pools - never did I think they would be so occupied and content playing on that slide everyday! The house beach was awesome for the little ones to net fish and the pier for the old ones to sit and fish. Baytowne Wharf 5 minutes away was ideal for walking around sipping a cool adult beverage while shopping and participating in kid activities such as ziplining and trampolining. Great house- great time!

Perfect location, my kids enjoyed. Build is huge but elevator time was not a problem. One of my best stays at airbandb. Thank you for the host for allow me enter one hour earlier after a long drive

This is THE spot hands down. Beautiful condo, location, & VIEW! Directly on water. Wonderful vacation. Brought my 5 year old and 6 month old. We will be back! This is the best condo on 30A IMO. Thank you for a great stay!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I! Everything was exactly as described and Kevin answered any questions I had promptly and professionally. You are standing on the beautiful beach in about 50 yrds from the front door of the unit. So so easy! We walked both nights to Sharky's for dinner and it was absolutely fabulous 👌 For breakfast, we walked right across the street to the diner. Everything was very convenient!

Mitzi’s place was absolutely wonderful! Such great views of the property and the gulf from her unit. The condo was both beautiful and comfy at the same time! So enjoyed my stay at her place and will plan to stay there again in the future!

This was the perfect place for our family! Super clean and nicely renovated, easy beach access, beautiful view, lots of little touches that made it the perfect stay! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the store or for food. We would definitely stay again. The view was beautiful from the balcony.

This was my first time staying in Seaside, and this condo did not disappoint. The location was amazing. Literally steps from the beach. The condo itself was perfect for myself and 2 teens. It was very clean and tidy. Tricia was always super responsive and also helped me to find a local gym. I can see why this one has lots of 5 star reviews. If you are trying to decide, choose this one. You won’t be disappointed!
