Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Even though we booked last minute, Elizabeth was incredibly accommodating and responsive, answering all of our questions right away. The early check-in was a huge bonus, and the process was so smooth it allowed us to fully enjoy our short stay without any hassle. I had read a lot about potential elevator issues, but to our surprise, there were minimal wait times and we had no trouble coming or going. The condo looked exactly as described, and the view was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

We had the BEST girls’ weekend in Destin, and this Airbnb was a huge part of that. Super cute decor, comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The beach was right across the street, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

We had the most amazing time at this condo — it was truly the perfect couple’s getaway! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making it feel like a true escape. Alex was incredible to work with. From the moment we booked, he made everything so easy and stress-free. Clear communication, thoughtful touches, and such a welcoming vibe — it honestly felt like we were staying at a friend’s place. We loved every moment of our stay and already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic retreat!

This Airbnb matched the description, had all the listed amenities, and was so clean and nice that I had no worries like I would in a hotel! The view was BEAUTIFUL, the balcony was large and we liked that we could access it from both living room and bedroom, and overall an amazing place! It was also great since we had two young kids. The kids room was perfect and my daughter loved it. Also, the crib was SO nice as most places don't have that! Five out of five stars for both the place and the owner as they were available and quickly responded to our questions and checked in on us!

This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. Place was easy to find and get in! Everything looked just like the photos. It’s a decent apartment complex. Couldn’t figure out how to get into the pool because they changed the gate. Overall nice stay.

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the beach access this home provided for our stay. Nice patio that was perfect for our family of four and our dog to enjoy the ocean and sunsets. The beach is not dog friendly but we were able to take him on walks around the neighborhood across the street. Each bedroom having access to its own bathroom was a huge plus and we loved hanging out in the family room together watching movies in the evenings. The kitchen had enough supplies for the cooking we did. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a quick little get away with the kids and pups!

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.

We had an amazing time here. Was perfect for my kids & family. The apartment was clean, updated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The building was also great. It had a very clean pool, lots of communal beach toys for my kids. Edward was a great host.

We had an awesome stay! The unit was spotless and beautiful. It was well stocked and an added bonus was the chairs and wagon we could borrow for beach time. The location is awesome and within walking distance to several great restaurants. Stanton checked in multiple times to make sure it was a great experience, which it was! We would highly recommend!

Dora was extremely communicative & responsive. The place was even more beautiful than in the photos. We go to Santa Rosa annually & Dora’s place will be at the top of our list! The only downside was parking was a true nightmare, not sure if other units provide additional parking passes or visitors don’t abide by the rules. However, this was listed in the listing, so it doesn’t take away from the 5 star review! Wonderful location.

This was our second time staying here and we will be back again! Kemp is a great host, very helpful and ALWAYS responds quickly. Beautiful place with lots of room. Very clean and the view is amazing of the beach and ocean! Walkable to lots of shopping at adorable boutique stores and restaurants.

Amazing accommodations! Very beautiful condo, fantastic location in the middle of everything and super easy access to bike rental. 10/10 would recommend.

We had to quickly book Karla’s place late one night as we arrived to town and our other booking had fallen through. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating! This was the perfect place for our family! Super clean and nicely renovated, easy beach access, beautiful view, lots of little touches that made it the perfect stay! We will be back!

This location on The Gulf of Mexico is one of the best locations I’ve found, and I’ve been to many. The steps may look daunting, but they are easily manageable-and I’m 82 years old. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom is also great! All in all, we could not have asked for anything more-unless we had gotten it at half price!!!
