We had a truly wonderful and comfortable stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. Kristen was an exceptional host—very responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. All of the instructions provided were clear, detailed, and easy to follow, which made settling in effortless. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, as well as numerous restaurants, cafes, and other local attractions. Whether we wanted to relax by the ocean or explore the area, everything was conveniently close by. We honestly had no complaints at all. The home was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend it to others!

We came to this rental home with 3 kids to experience the beach for the first time. The home was so beautiful inside and out, and the perfect set up for our family. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time there and was a close drive to the beach with all of the gear we needed to spend the day playing by the ocean. It was a great and convenient home base to explore all of 30A and Panama City Beach area. We loved the rental, the whole neighborhood, and our stay, and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks for sharing your great place in Inlet Beach!

We enjoyed our stay and there was everything we needed and more for our mother/daughter girls adult trip! Home was very clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything needed, including a Kuerig which was not in photos but was a big plus. Also had a few more beach chairs than pictured which was also a nice bonus. Kitchen was very spacious and fully equipped! Local restaurants were also great and loved the privacy of area and beach access! Would definitely return! Only down side was that majority of bedrooms are on 3rd floor and kitchen/living area is on second floor… being able to use the elevator would have been a plus.. especially on check in/out day but all in all great stay and lovely property and if you’re in good health then not a problem but if have knee problems then this might not be a good fit.

Perfect place for 7 girls for our bachelorette trip! Great pool, walkable to the beach, and close to restaurants and shopping. The wagon was sooooo helpful to help us get all of our stuff back and forth from the beach. The neighborhood was super quiet and we really enjoyed our weekend. Thank you Shannon and Amy!

Lovely home and location especially for a family with children! Has everything you need at the house and lots of things to do in the surrounding area. It didn’t feel like a typical AirBnB with most basic amenities possible, it was truly nearly as comfortable as our own home. Thanks for having us!
