We had a great time with our family here! The home was clean and exactly as described. Loved the pool area and how convenient it was to walk over. The beach was a very short walk as well. If I had a complaint it would be that the home didn’t have a broom and we requested one but never got one. But overall we loved it!

Wonderful place ! Myself and the family felt right at home! There were board games and DVD’s , This was a unexpected personal touch. We definitely recommend! 10 out of 10!! Thank you for making our vacation a memorable time together! . The Carpenter’s

Beautiful home accommodations were great

We had 6 adults stay for a wedding for 3 days. it was an awesome experience! we ate at the restaurant by the beach, and I highly recommend the fish tacos! The only trouble we had was with the TV and getting it to work with the remotes. we caught fish off the dock by the bay, fed the ducks and turtles, and admired all the adorable tiny lizards in our foliage. Loved the use of the golf cart! We would definitely stay at this resort again. 👍👍

Sandestin is a class A place to stay. We always feel safe and welcome! The home was PERFECT close to everything. The golf cart was a super bonus!

Beautiful views! Loved the fenced yard which was perfect for the dog, especially since the beaches in PCB are not dog friendly. The chairs at the end of the yard were a great touch. The condo had everything you could need. The place is older and could use updating in all areas, including the patios. The guest bed and pillows were too firm for my liking. Like many of the places at the beach you can hear foot traffic and cars outside at night from the guest room (master room gets the sound of the waves though - lucky!), but luckily this location has much less traffic than the east side. Beach not crowded at all which was great - good quiet location. Bathrooms were surprisingly nice. Hope to stay here again in future

My husband and I loved our stay! The condo was very nice and clean and in a great location. We have stayed beach side in the past, and this was our first stay bayside and I was hesitant about the location however, the golf cart made it super easy and convenient to access the beach, restaurants and the activities at the Baytown Wharf. It was nice not having to fight for parking and load up in the vehicle. I would highly recommend and looking forward to coming back with our kids next time.

First check in was easy and the front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. We received the cutest welcome box with directions and small welcome gifts. The community is private and tucked away. Safe for walking and family friendly. The beach and pool were both very close and easy to access. Both walkable distances. The house we stayed in was emasculate! Better than described or as we imagined. We were pleasantly surprised to find a private hot tub. Our back patio faced the pool. The 2nd floor back porches also overlooked the pool. The house we chose had 5 bedroooms and 5 baths I believe. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The hosts were proactive and communicative, checking in with us to see how things were going. Restaurants and things to do were all a quick Uber ride or drive to anything we needed. Loved it, will def stay again.

Best thing was the location. 30 seconds from couch to beach chairs. No shoes required

Valentina was great to communicate with and everything was just as listed and very clean. it was the perfect stay for our mini family getaway. Everything was conveniently located and great distance from beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Loved this location! This is our second time staying in Mirimar beach. This home was far better than the last one we stayed out. The beds were so cozy and the home was spacious enough to house our whole group. Shelley was amazing and responsive!

All in all was great, for new comers like we were perhaps explain better that beaches are near and that golf carts are common in this area to reach to beach

We had a wonderful stay here! This place is very clean and exactly as described. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and gave us great recommendations on things to do. It is in a very convenient location and just a short walk to the community pool. The golf cart is a nice addition and made getting around extremely easy! Highly recommend.

Fantastic place. Absolutely perfect for our small family get together. Everybody has their own rooms and bathroom. It was simply perfect!

The place was great! Location was perfect! The beach access was definitely our favorite part. The pools were a nice change from the beach and very relaxing. Great communication with host when needed, will recommend to friends!

Great vacation spot. Perfect for family’s and very pet friendly. The host was very responsive and everything was spotless, worth every penny. The golf cart was a huge bonus and really just made the trip super convenient! Will definitely be heading back.

My wife and I stayed here and it was such a beautiful location and condo. The host was very nice and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

Overall great stay. I had issues with the direct tv. The remote was not working to change the channel. It wasn’t really a big deal bc we didn’t spend too much time indoors but was a little inconvenience when the kids wanted to watch something other than Netflix in the evenings. This was our second time staying at this location (previously @ a different unit) and the amenities are top notch. The Big Chill 30a right across the street is great in the evenings.

The location was perfect for our family vacation and the golf cart was a great plus to the home.Both the beach and village were only a short golf cart ride away. We enjoyed greeting the turtles in the mornings off the back patio and everything we needed for the beach was provided as well. The resort was clean quiet and full of activities. I highly reccomend Renatas place and we definatley will be back. Both the check in and check out procedure were convienant and easy. Just outside the resort all kinds of shopping dining and activities for all ages were easily accessible. This unit was very clean and well kept.

It was a great place for us to spend the holiday weekend, really close to a wonderful beach. The Airbnb is fully recommended. I would come back for sure.

We’ve been to 30A multiple times and this was our best trip yet! The location is everything!!! We absolutely loved it and enjoyed our home too. I would highly recommend this space to anyone!

I really enjoyed my stay for my 42nd Birthday!!! Everything was nice and clean. The neighborhood is amazing!!!
