Riverfront property on approximately two acres of land with semi-private patio on the beautiful Guadalupe River, and a charming rustic country cabin up the hill a bit (one minute by car). Two bedrooms (one king plus two queen beds), plus two sets of bunk beds in living room (total four twin beds), plus two small sleeper sofas (for kids) in one of the bedrooms - can sleep 8 guests comfortably, plus 2 kids on really small sleeper sofas. Pet friendly - we love dogs and welcome them! :)

5 Stars – A Perfect Peaceful Getaway! We stayed here during our daughter’s softball tournament and couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind after long days at the field. The peaceful country setting was exactly what we needed quiet, scenic, and relaxing. The guest home was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect balance of comfort and convenience, with just a short drive to the tournament fields. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm retreat in the countryside! Loved seeing the deer on our drive and dont get me started on the softest towels!

This was a last minute long weekend and it was exactly what we needed. Quiet, peaceful, on the water. We used the kayaks and the grill and spent a lot of time sitting outside looking at the birds - including hummingbird visitors. The unit had more than we expected (convection oven, electric burner, full set of dishes), which allowed us to go into town for a nice dinner, but have our other meals at home in peace. Quick drive to Kerrville, which was pretty deserted on the Sunday before Memorial Day.

Daniel was amazing answering all my questions for our super last minute getaway. The property was private and and we loved waking up to the Hill Country sunrise and view from the bed! The kids loved exploring and watching the cows and sheep. We did not use the pool, but it was very clean and the setup was perfect!

The place was a bit hard to find at night, you have to go through the gate and it’ll be in the back. The house was super spacious, clean, and had everything we needed it even had toiletries in each restroom. Everything that you need is no more than 10 minutes away. We didn’t go to the river in front of the house, due to it being a bit dirty but there’s other places 5-10 minutes away. Overall it was a great stay, and our host was very nice!

Beautiful home right on the river. The river side was shallow enough to allow us to put folding chairs in the water and relax while our small children played comfortably without us needing to worry. The neighborhood was peaceful and within walking distance of a sweet winery with live music and bakery next door. We were able to put our kayaks in the river right by the house and enjoy an easy path. The open-concept kitchen and living area was perfect for our family. Would def go back!

We come to Ingram every year for a family reunion. We have stayed in several different Airbnb’s over the years. This was, by far, my favorite. The house was big and beautiful. It was great layout for our kids and grandkids. The kitchen was completely stocked with high quality dishes and cookware. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Michelle was a wonderful host. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.
