From the house, the ferry to Port Aransas is 8 minutes, Rockport 9 miles and Corpus Christi is about 15 minutes with the airport only 28 minutes. Additional onsite boat parking with outdoor plug and water hose. Fenced backyard. Clean and comfortable even for workers. Outdoor seating with shade and BBQ grill.
