It was clean and peaceful stay! Enjoyed the relaxing weekend here. Definitely recommend.

Great place. Our family of four with two teenagers had a blast. Plenty of room for all of us. Much better alternative to regular hotel room.

Amazing, beautiful, spotless! Communication was great and the place could not have been a better spot for what our crew needed. Pool was perfect, beds very comfortable, we had everything we needed. Would 10/10 stay here again!

Excellent location, nice amenities and activities

We really enjoyed our experience at Westin Mission Hills Villas! The resort was exactly as we imagined because the photos and descriptions in the airbnb add were spot on. Everything went smoothly with our reservation and Monica was wonderful to work with. This resort is fantastic and we will definitely stay again. We had a two bedroom lockoff (two connecting 1 bed villas). Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The lazy river, pool, and playground were a huge hit with the kids and made the trip extra fun. However, the timeshare staff were quite pushy, which was a bit of a downside to an otherwise enjoyable trip. This property is great for families, but be prepared to handle some sales pressure at check-in. Overall, we'd still recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

The resort was great. I was in town for a conference and took the opportunity to check everything out. Planning a golf trip with friends the future and hope to stay again.

Very nice and well maintained property. Host is extremely responsive and friendly. I had a slight issue prior to check in where I had called ahead of time to confirm my reservation but my name wasn't listed at the resort. I was genuinely surprised how fast the host got back to me and straightened things out with the property. Overall I would stay here again and highly recommend booking with this excellent host.

I would definitely stay here again. It was fun and clean, everything was good as expected. There were a few inaccurate descriptions, the unit we stayed at was a handicap-accessible unit, and we requested the front desk to change the unit, but they confirmed that it was requested and booked by the host already, the resort was unable to change the unit. The description shows that its a King bed but it turned out to be a queen-sized bed. The resort is located next to Terra Lago golf course, and my car was struck by a golf ball. Golf course wouldn't want to admit liability. Just something to consider when you park or drive.

This was a great stay for the family. There were plenty of daily activities for the kids to keep busy. The place was beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this stay 10/10!

This is a beautiful location in Palm Desert. Our host Ginger was responsive and helpful. My family loved it here and we will definitely be back.

Ginger was lovely to communicate with since the moment we messaged her. The place was great, the amenities were perfect for our small children. The pools were amazing being shallow enough for my 7 year old to touch the floor. The kids activities (extra charge) was nice and the fire pits there were free to use. overall amazing stay we will be coming back.

Really great place. I've stayed here before for an annual conference. Always a beautiful room. Staff is wonderful, from the front desk to cleaning team and everyone in between. Just incredibly professional hospitality specialists. The grounds are always immaculate and the price is always afforable.

We had a great stay with Susan. She was attentive when an issue arose with the resort that we needed solved quickly. The rates were super reasonable for the area and the booking process was easy. *small note for anyone not familiar with this property, the resort calls them “villas” but they’re actually condos in very large buildings. We didn’t find this to be a deal breaker, but had hoped for slightly more privacy on our anniversary trip. So just be aware of that. The rooms are actually the size of an average one bedroom apartment (or a huge one if you’re from New York 😆) which was great! Other travelers notes- We do not need accessible services but I will say that all the buildings had elevators, the pools and spas had lifts, and our 3rd floor room had rails in the tub but not near the toilet. They also have a golf cart based shuttle service to carry guests to the various pools and buildings around the resort. MOST of the amenities are scaled back due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Other than the pool bar that serves soggy nachos and dry burgers, there is zero food available on site. None of the water slides were open. None of the pools are adults only/no kids allowed. Even the “quiet” pool routinely had guests having to ask families to tone it down or leave.
