One bedroom private entrance casita with a queen size bed, 42" flat screen TV, small refrigerator and an additional air conditioning unit. The room has it's own keypad entry door lock and a private in suite bathroom. It is a non smoking room in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is in front of our home at the curb. 5 miles from Coachella and Stagecoach grounds. Please Note for Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festival Event weekends there is 4 Night Minimum stay!

Do not follow GPS and read the instructions Jie provides. I spent the night here after Modernism Week in Palm Springs wanting to hike at Joshua Tree the next day. It's located about 30 min from PS and 30 min to Joshua Tree in a beautiful and safe gated neighborhood. The casita was sparkling clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with a fridge, flat-screen tv, and Keurig. There was plenty of water, snakes and coffee pods. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were very clean. Jie was an excellent communicator. I highly recommend this casita. I found it to be an excellent value.”
