The space is great and serves its purpose very well, everything is very clean and new, the neighborhood is quiet and the location is easy, there is a playground in front, very nice for those with small children. Vacir was very helpful in making the check-in and check-out more flexible, as I used it at different times and we were able to adjust it very smoothly. Excellent communication. I would definitely recommend it.

well-assembled apartment, everything matches the description. very quick and easy access to the highway, which is very useful for those who are traveling to other cities. The condominium is very complete, with emphasis on 24-hour automated market with good variety and good price. For me, it was only necessary to have a microwave in the apartment, otherwise everything was OK.

From the beginning to the departure I was served by co-host Lucélia. Super attentive, with patience to guide me and always kind. The apartment corresponds to the pictures. Gostei the size of the pieces. Equipped with what we needed, refrigerator and microwave, mainly. Township my friend and I went to a Congress, so we would have breakfast in the apartment, go back to lunch, go out in the afternoon and only return to the night, bath and bed. We were fully served. The location was perfect for the location of the congress, just as Lucélia informed us, 10 minutes by car, which eventually became 7 or 8 due to the holiday (quieter traffic). I only have two notes: 1- We are accustomed to a warmer shower, for us the temperature was lukewarm, but since it was hot in Indaiatuba we did not “suffer” from it. 2 - parking is covered, but if it rains heavily you will get wet until you get to the car. In the most super recommend this place, it would return peacefully.

The apartment is very nice and beautiful! Great value for money! Only two factors deserve to be noted to warn other guests: the bed mattress appears to be quite worn from use, so it is too soft, already sunken in some parts (where we usually sleep) and the garage is in the 4th basement, being tight to drive down to (I do not recommend it for larger cars, such as SUVs). Besides that, it's worth it!
