Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Incisa in Val d'Arno

It wasn't a vacation home - it was a home for us. Rarely have I felt so incredibly comfortable - the garden is a dream, the house is very cozy and there are well thought-out details everywhere. You can enjoy wonderful privacy in your own garden with your own entrance but if you need something Flora and Luca have always been there for us and we immediately took them to our hearts!!! Florence is of course also enchanting and you can go on great excursions! We will miss all of this very much and hopefully come back soon!

We loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home, perfectly located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Sandra is a very attentive host, she was always available for any questions and proactively communicated making the check in process very easy. The house is well appointed. I would like to point out though that only one of the bedrooms has total privacy as the other two bedrooms can only be closed off by a curtain. This contributed to its charm as a lot of the old features of the house were preserved, and wasn't a problem for us. We definitely would come back. Thank you Sandra.

Barbara and Cristiano and their son were very friendly, attentive and helpful hosts. Their house is a haven of peace in the middle of a beautiful nature, a relaxing and beneficial calm. It's a pleasure to return there after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for your help with the path, the luggage and your kindness!

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always received good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he could move freely. We would come back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

The accommodation is simply wonderful and has its own charm! The reception was very familiar and personal, so you felt comfortable right away. The accommodation has everything you need and beyond, there are also many useful utensils in the accommodation. Francesca is a really very friendly and helpful hostess who gave us a good feeling on vacation from the beginning. From here, you can explore Tuscany very well and also explore very beautiful regions on foot. Unfortunately, the access to the accommodation is unpaved and a little more difficult to reach, but otherwise the accommodation is just perfect.

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

We loved our stay. The host was amazing, and the house had everything we needed. The internet was very fast and supported my work requirements back in the USA. The views are spectacular, and the property is very private. Thank you, Irene, and family. I especially appreciated your help in getting me my new computer charger after mine broke. 5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Fantastic and quiet accommodation in the heart of the Chianti area with fantastic views. A car is absolutely necessary! The house, the garden and the spacious pool were awesome. Pure Tuscany feeling. Christine and John were great hosts. Christine had great restaurant tips and even made the reservations for us (so there were always good seats in the restaurants guaranteed). We even spent a day at your other accommodation, the "Villa La Petraia". The rooms were very lovingly furnished and the property and the view were also fantastic. Christine has a very good sense of design and furnishings. A design hotel at its finest. I hope to be back soon.

We came back to Michele’s place after having visited for 2 weeks in 2019. My dream was to return one day and find our home away from home once again. So here in May 2025 we were able to return to Nicoletta’s beautiful garden full of roses and herbs. The pool is definitely a bonus. Michele takes such care of this home….you can see how much love and commitment he has for this place. There are nearby villages such as Barbarino Val D’elsa and Tignano a short drive away. as well as San Gimignano and Siena, 30 minutes away. A wonderful experience, every time!

What a great winery! The location is really unique, the accommodation is in the middle of the vineyard and very quiet. Alessandro our host was very nice, gave us a warm welcome and took a lot of time to show us everything (including the wines). We were also very happy with the accommodation, which was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed.

I had a happy time in a house that looked like it was in a movie in a beautiful natural environment. I think I'll keep my time in Kian Tti as a good memory thanks to the kind and friendly host who responds so quickly. It was a little difficult at first for the city girls who were new to the road to the accommodation, but it wasn't difficult when they got used to it. It's perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I left today, but I want to go again.

We absolutely loved it here. It was a beautiful, private location. The lodging itself was wonderful and looks exactly like the pictures. Definitely book an olive oil tasting as well! FYI The location is a bit remote, and a car is a must.

Fantastic house, with attention to detail. Convenient to reach from the highway. Laura and Fulvio welcomed us as if we were at home, providing everything we needed to stay without any needs. The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

Matteo was very friendly and helpful. The castle is a Tuscan jewel and there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Parking was easy to use but if you have a soft top car bring something to cover it as there are lots of cats. (Matteo’s sister kindly provided us with a blanket). The little courtyard was just perfect to eat outside and the kitchen well equipped. Thank you Matteo.
