Waterfront holiday rentals in Imperial Beach

Loved the patio overlooking the bay!! Location was walkable to restaurants, bars and grocery.

Plenty of space in this little apartment, and you can’t beat the location—Mission Beach is literally just a few feet from the front door. Big thanks to Daniel, who responded quickly when I had trouble with the lock (turned out to be user error on my part!). The apartment was clean, well-kept, and looked just like the photos. The location is a perfect 10/10. We really appreciated the extra touches—beach chairs and boogie boards were available for us to use, which we loved. There's also a hose on the side of the property, so rinsing off after the beach was super easy—we didn’t even need to walk down to the public showers by Belmont Park like we usually do. Overall, a great stay!

Great spot for 4 people, loved the proximity to the beach (literally a few steps), and close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops.

The location of this place is fantastic. You can see Mission Bay from the front door, and then the bay and the beach are just a hundred yards away across a grassy park. Having a dedicated parking spot right by the front door was super convenient, and necessary in that area. The apartment itself is well equipped. It had everything I needed for my week-long stay.

Charlotta was very helpful with the instructions and communicative. The apartment was perfect for our stay to watch the Padres play. Lots of walkable things to do. The apartment felt like home and was comfortable. Easy check in and checkout. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone you wants bay and city views.

Perfect spot for a lil beach getaway. One block to the ocean beach surf park and plenty of stuff within a ten min walk from the house. Great location and the house had everything needed. Clean and tidy. Highly recommend

The accomodations at Jacqui's place were very comfortable, has everything you need, and INCREDIBLE location! We loved hanging out on the deck and turning the corner to visit the beach multiple times per day. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic week in San Diego! Our two families and our dogs spent a great week at Adam's place in Mission Beach. The location was perfect, right in between the ocean and the bay, so either are only a couple minutes walk. The house was very comfortable and offered many amenities. We especially appreciated the outdoor space - rooftop living, ground floor patio, multiple balconies. The beds were comfortable and the layout offered good separation between living and sleeping areas. There are three flights of stairs which we didn't mind at all, but anyone with mobility issues would have trouble with that. Our trucks wouldn't fit in the garage (we were aware of this before coming down) but found ample overnight parking nearby on El Carmel Pl. We mostly walked everywhere because there is so much so close, but also brought a couple cruisers down so we could ride beach side or bay side if we wanted to. Highly recommend this home for a beach vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful studio just steps from the beach—only about 15 feet away! The space is well-equipped with plenty of amenities and surrounded by family-friendly activities. It’s perfect for a family of four, especially with young children. The studio includes a pack and play and high chair, which made traveling with our toddlers so much easier. Everything was very clean and peaceful, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. Ginger was kind, helpful, and very responsive. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

A great stay for a family vacation of all ages. With two small children and the grandparents, the layout of the home was so needed with one master on the first level, and 2 bedrooms upstairs so we could spread out a bit. The house was spotless and organized. For being so convienent, it was also quiet and comfortable.

The place was perfect and extremely family friendly. My kids loved the place and they are not kidding about the house being stocked with everything you need to cook with! Awesome location and took a large truck and suv and we were able to park at the house. House was clean and spacious for us. Enjoyed are stay and hope to come back! Thank you Jarrod and Maria!

BEAUTIFUL location. Home had everything we could need, washer and dryer all kitchen appliances and utensils . Loved watching the ocean through the big picture window everyday, and going out to collect seashells and sand dollars every morning. The house could definitely use some tlc, front patio groomed, some pictures on the wall, ( just my opinion, I would have fun decorating with a beach theme) house was clean but could definitely use a deep clean , backs of doors , window seals , around fridge (again just my opinion, as I used to have a cleaning business) They need curtains or blinds in the living room , as the lights from the building next door make it look like daytime in the middle of the night. I would still give this home a 10 out of 10, but would be even better with a few updates!

I have never been in a more beautiful airbnb ever! This home exceeded my families expectations. This home was bigger in person!!! We were 7 adults 4 kids. The kids never got bored. This house is LOADED. Plenty of physical games, card games, activities to do. We went to both pools, both were nice. Neighborhood felt SAFE! Neighbors and residents were friendly. Also, 8-10 man jacuzzi. 3 bathrooms. Very clean. David was an extremely friendly and accommodating, flexible host. I love to cook and this had a FULL kitchen, tools, pans and all. Oxxo is about 10 min drive so come with all your needs, I have zero complaints about anything at all here. From San Diego and This home was breathtaking. A staycation much needed and appreciated. Thank you for having even the most detailed rental down to seasonings, soaps, towels and all. I will be back.

When we walked in, we instantly knew this was going to be a great weekend getaway. The location is fantastic and the views from the room are stunning. Just steps away from the beach, we'd definitely come here again. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plenty of things to do. Highly recommend this spot for couples, solo travelers, or friends looking for an escape without needing to drive everywhere.

Glenna's property is outstanding. It is steps from the beach by the bay. A variety of local restaurants, coffee shops and the Pacific Ocean are within easy walking distance. Two of the best features are the table and fire pit on the patio. The beach chairs, beach umbrellas and garage are extra-nice touches. Finally, it is in a peaceful, quite area which makes it easy to relax.

Loved our stay! Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Swathi was an amazing host, too - she has thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay to feel at home. We didn’t want to leave but hope to be back soon!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Andy’s place. It was plenty of space for 3 of us to stay. Great views. It gets a little warm at night in the bedroom without air conditioning but they do provide an extra fan which helps. Overall, the space was great and we would recommend to others.

Great for solo travelers, bff's, or a couples getaway! It is just steps from beach access, along with all the comfort amenities of feeling like home. This is the place! It exceeded our expectations in more ways than we can count! With small special touches like snacks, all things for tea/coffee, mints on bed, dog things (even if we didn't have one) and more! Dog Beach is a beach & dog lovers paradise for sure! You can't beat hearing the ocean and smelling ocean air just by opening the front door! The area was quiet at night, and during the day had expected daytime noise levels in the surrounding area. Nothing too loud. Everything was as described and shown on photos. We plan on making this our "go to" whenever we visit OB in the future. Our host is super responsive and easy to communicate with anytime we needed to. We were 100% happy and satisfied with our stay overall, simply the best laid back low key beach vibes we were seeking to disconnect from our busy lives. THANK YOU!!
