Nice stay. Walkable location, close to several restaurants and beach. No air conditioning, but plenty of fans which I was appreciated. It does get a little loud at night with windows open but to be expected. Nice to have on site garage parking. Beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, towels, sand toys) were a plus. IB is not swimmable but enjoyed Cornado and La Jolla Beaches. Very close to Cornado — great shopping and restaurants. The home was clean and plenty of linens. Overall nice stay.

Great location & a wonderful place. Kelly was always reachable & responded right away when I had a question. Skateboards & body boards that we could use was great, & a added bonus of a couple bikes we could use. Unfortunately the ocean was closed but not much could be done about that. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing get away

My stay here was wonderful! It was a short visit to see some concerts so I wasn’t at the house much but when I was the WiFi was excellent, the outside deck was beautiful, the room was clean and there were plenty of amenities. The neighborhood was great with ample parking, a convenience store down the street and a few quick food spots, and not far from downtown Chula Vista where there were tons of cute spots for food, local beers, etc. On top of a great location, Edwina was super helpful with food recommendations and brochures, offered toiletries, extra towels, sunscreen, etc. Truly above and beyond hospitality!

I can’t say enough amazing things about my stay! The location was absolutely perfect — you truly can’t beat having the ocean right in your backyard. Waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and stunning views was a dream come true. The house itself was spotless — everything was immaculately clean and thoughtfully prepared, making it feel like a true home away from home. Every detail was exactly as described (if not better), and you can tell the hosts really care about providing a top-tier experience. I’m already looking forward to my next trip — without a doubt, I’ll be a returning customer!
