Townhome holiday rentals in Imperial Beach

This home was perfect for our big family! We were attending a wedding on Mission Beach and the location was amazing. Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, and (Vons I think?) were within a few min walk from the house. The two provided parking spots made for easy parking. The kitchen was well stocked, the home impeccably clean, and from the room I slept in on the top floor I didn’t hear a sound from the teenagers staying up late downstairs. It is across the street from a middle school, so be aware there will be school sounds, but only during the day. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely choose this home again.

We enjoyed our stay at Lori's place very much. It was great to have a bathroom for each of the three bedrooms as we were in town for a wedding and had several events to get ready for. The coffee was great in the morning and we enjoyed our evening glass of wine out on the deck. Lori responded quickly when we had questions. One thing to note, Lori's pictures do not reflect her beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.

This apartment is in a great location with views of the ocean. It is a short walk to restaurants and bars in Ocean Beach. Also a short drive to local attractions like San Diego Zoo, Point Loma and La Jolla, which were our highlights. Steffanie was very responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay.

Great spot in the heart of pacific beach. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway and plenty to do within walking distance. Highly recommend this spot.

Had a great time at Lori’s place and she was a fantastic host and communicated well. The house was very clean and from the minute we got there it felt great to be in the house. Great location as well. We were able to access down town, Gaslamp and the zoo very easy. I would highly recommend staying at Lori’s place.

Place was great! My kids loved their hidden room. Kitchen was nice to be able to store and cook while we were on vacation. We didn’t get to utilize the outdoor space since we were on the go all the days in San Diego. But all attractions were very close by. Only downfall was when there were guests upstairs, it was unpleasantly noisy as you can hear the stomping and running around. But, none the less, the stay was great.

The location was incredible and a perfect stay for our family of four for the week. The easy walk to the beach was an awesome evening activity each night.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Cristian and Michele’s place in Rosarito! The home was incredibly comfortable and had such a warm, homie vibe—it instantly felt like a peaceful retreat. Everything was clean, thoughtfully set up, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We especially loved being so close to the beach and enjoying the amazing local lobster—such a treat! Cristian and Michele were great hosts, responsive and kind. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and soak in the beauty of Rosarito. We’ll definitely be back!

Angie and Family run the property and they do a great job! It was the perfect amount of space, and an excellent location, with everything we needed. We loved the sup boards, bikes, and supplies in the garage!

Stunning setting - roomy, modern, quiet condo located on Solana Beach with private beach access, two pools, hot tub and tennis courts. Condo included beach chairs, towels, sand toys etc. Easy walking distance to Cedros Design District, shops, restaurants etc. Also a short drive to check out surrounding coastal towns. A great find!

Dave’s place is amazing!! Incredible location right at the beach, walkable to the sand and restaurants, even a beach park for kids. Dave is an incredible host, so friendly and helpful, always available and responsive. We felt right at home in his place and were so thankful to be there. The home is beautifully decorated, and has all the beach gear and toys you would need. We cooked and enjoyed sunsets there. The pool and hot tub are great too! We’d definitely stay again!

This townhome was so lovely and just as described. 1 & 1/2 blocks from the beach! Lots of great coffee/breakfast shops nearby. Wonderful host! Quick response and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Me and my group of girlfriends had a great weekend celebrating a birthday. The property is clean, well designed, comfortable, and very conveniently located to the airport and Little Italy making it incredibly walkable. The cloud couch upstairs is SO comfortable that two people from my party chose to sleep on it. We had a great time. The host was proactive, responsive, friendly, and very understanding. Thank you! Recommend!

This townhome in north park is great! My husband and I were moving from out of state and came to look at apartments in the area. This townhome was such a perfect location for walking around north park, university heights, and hillcrest. The space was very clean and comfortable and it was a great place to relax after long days of looking at apartments

Adorable space, decorated nicely, great neighborhood, and responsive, great hosts. No real complaints, but I will say we read reviews before staying and did experience hearing the neighbors on the front side of the house very early during weekday mornings, probably getting ready for work. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue for you. Otherwise, it’s a nice rental!

Monica's service is wonderful and her kindness too. The accommodation is very nice, tidy, super clean and the decoration is beautiful, it has many very nice details.

Exceptional Stay – Above and Beyond for Family Comfort My family had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb hosted by Soothing Stays. From the start, our host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. What truly stood out was their extra effort in making our stay safe and comfortable for our family—especially our toddler grandson. They went out of their way to install toddler gates throughout the property before our arrival, which gave us such peace of mind. Great and clean place in a convenient location! Close to downtown and balboa park. We enjoyed watching the airplanes fly in, the noise was not a bother at all. We will definitely be back!
