Chez Alice is the topmost house in the beautiful village of Caramany. Since 2020 it has gone through extensive renovations, and it is opening for holidaymakers from late spring of 2024. The top floor has a breathtaking terrace that looks over the village all the way to the lake. An open plan living room and kitchen is beautifully furnished and light filled. The three bedrooms have top quality mattresses. The bathrooms are new. Other features are the vine covered terrace and the secret garden.

Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

You will also enjoy Lake Vinça (within a 5-minute walk) for lovers of walks or bike rides. The lake has an inflatable play structure for the children.

We suggest you stop by our studio located in the small village of Trouillas. Fully equipped and independent studio. It is located on the ground floor of our family home. The studio is air-conditioned. It has a fully private patio, ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing! Trouillas is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the Aspres. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.
