We have nothing but praise for our stay in Caiobá in this apartment, which in addition to being extremely organized and clean, everything is very new and tasteful. We are immensely grateful for the affection in welcoming us in a differentiated and cozy way. We hope to return as soon as possible and will always try to give priority to this wonderful apartment!

The apartment is great! I spent a few days with my wife and we didn't miss anything. The kitchen is well equipped, with various utensils and equipment. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. All well taken care of. The region is also very interesting, great for walking, super close to the Center, but at the same time very calm. It is worth mentioning the very good and nearby restaurants (Balbi Trattoria and Porto Campelo, for example, for walking).

Amazing place! Our experience was simply wonderful! The apê is super cozy, well decorated, clean, organized, complete and the view of the sea… A spectacle! The location is great too, close to everything! On top of all of this, the host is extremely attentive and dear!! We feel very welcome! We met our expectations. We were in 2 families (6 adults and 2 children) and everyone loved the stay. Very close to the beach, great pool and great BBQ area. Vilma is very attentive and friendly I recommend it and we will return at a next opportunity.

Extremely clean house, close to the beach, very safe, has all the utensils you need (including beach chairs, sun umbrellas and cart), hostess allowed checkin with flexible schedule because we would arrive in the city before, attentive and responsive to answering questions about the place, and gave us some tips of where there was a market and fishmills. Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
