It is 1 block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, fridge and household utensils, barbecue and outdoor laundry). It accommodates up to 4 people. It is located in the back of my house, has divisive gate between the houses. Pets allowed as long as docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Warn about checkin after 9pm, as they will be evaluated .
