Fully equipped 20 m2 2-room accommodation with private terrace and mezzanine bedroom, ideally located in the municipality of Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire (shops 400 m away, quick access to the airport or SNCF train station in 10 min, bus 100 m away for access to downtown Nantes in 15 min, banks of the Loire 5 min away)

Quiet studio near Train Station & Downtown

This studio is completely renovated, it is very pleasant, bright, comfortable (TV + Wifi via fiber) and quiet, facing south. It is ideally located because right next to the Super U and close to the train station and the city center, also close to public transport which will allow you to enjoy the many historical, tourist and attractive places. Kitchen, bathroom and trundle bed (160 x 200 cm) Free parking for 2 hours (Super U) and between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m.

This 40 m2 detached house, just renovated, is away from the street, hidden behind a building and nestled in a garden. Equipped with a 20 m2 terrace and 70's inspiration, everything has been thought out for maximum comfort. The tram is 400 m away and all shops are nearby. Perfect for a quiet stay and to visit Nantes in peace.

Vous pouvez y déguster vos repas et vous reposer. Tout est au calme.

The accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. Nestled in a peaceful area and close to local amenities, this annex enjoys a privileged and secure location on the outside.

After accessing the garden through an independent gate, you will discover a complete 19 m2 studio with a pool terrace. It consists of a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with dining area and a shower room. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, small TV, coffee machine, fridge, stove are available. Linens and towels are provided.
