Apartment holiday rentals in Île de la Cité

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

Studio fonctionnel parfait pour une halte de quelques jours dans un quartier animé. Bémol : Pas de climatisation et un carré de douche petit (60cm x 60cm) mais ne me gênant pas. Jeanne m'attendait pour me réceptionner malgré un retard de 40 minutes. Elle m'a très bien conseillé sur mon séjour et la commodité des accès. J'y reviendrais c'est certain.

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral, sehr ruhig in einem sehr schönen quartier. Wir können die Wohnung für 2-4 Personen nur empfehlen.

Jonathan is a fantastic host! Super lovely, great communicator and gave a bunch of great recommendations. The apartment is really well located and has beautiful light. It's right next to a supermarket and is around a bunch of great cafes and restaurants. Jonathan has truly thought of every detail when creating space, making it a true home away from home.

This is one case where 5 Stars feels totally insufficient. First, the location is absolutely perfect. Saint Germaine is our favorite neighborhood in all of Paris -- incredibly fun and stylish area, and an easy walk or bike to almost all the must-do's in Paris. The apartment itself is a 3 minute walk to the Seine, and while the exact location of the apartment is quiet, within 1 block you are surrounded by very popular restaurants/cafes, shops & galleries where "scenes from Paris" abound unrelentingly. The apartment itself is the definition of cool and well-appointed -- a very tasteful combination of the old (the building dates to the early 17th century, I believe!) and the new (totally remodeled with all the comforts of 21st century). It was spotless upon arrival, with so many offerings for the guest to instantly feel right at home. Finally, the quality and care of the host cannot be overstated. Farid was helpful and kind from start to finish, hosting with genuine care!

We had a great stay in Paris. Rodolphe’s place was just as described and very close to transport that we could explore Paris on our own. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the host Rodolphe, very responsive, flexible and prompt with replies. Hands down the best host I have experienced so far. Definitely recommend this place and Rodolphe.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

This apartment is a bit quirky with a bit of a steep stairs up to the bedroom and a low ceiling in part of the bathroom but the apartment is such a cozy, comfortable place to be. The location is amazing - if you’ve never stayed at Île St Louis, you must stay here! Dante met us at the apartment, walked us through all of the features and took the time to tell us where the best places to- including restaurants- were on the island. Next time we’re in Paris, we will definitely stay here again!!

Gilles Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Die technischen Geräte sind auf Top-Niveau. Die Wohnung ist auf den Punkt gebracht - klein, aber sehr fein. 😉😉 Einen wichtigen Punkt möchten wir erwähnen - es gibt einen Aufzug. Nicht überall in Paris üblich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist bestens für alle möglichen Ausflüge. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, findet zahlreiche Parkgaragen z.B. Hotel de Ville (sehr zu empfehlen, preislich mit 105 Eur für vier Nächte im Rahmen). Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. 😉😉

My partner and I have been to Paris many times before but this trip was our best yet!Thomas’ place was just PERFECT! The apartment its self is beautifully put together. We loved the individual style and the gorgeous big windows in the living area. The apartment is right in the heart of Le Marais - coffee shops, boulangeries, restaurants, bars and shops are literally on your doorstep. It was such a convenient location - we couldn’t have asked for anything better! Of course if you want to venture further a field the metros are just a short walk away! Thomas was kind enough to let us check in early and check out late - which truly made such a difference to our stay as we weren’t having to lug our cases around with us! Thank you Thomas!! ☺️ I would HIGHLY recommend Thomas’ place if you’re looking for a real taste of the Paris you see in the movies! We’ll be back soon!

The location of this cozy place is phenomenal: 2 blocks from the train and walkable to lots of attractions and restaurants! This apartment is very clean and well organized. Pascal and Virginia were friendly and responsive. We would happily stay here again!

We had an uncommonly wonderful stay at Isabella’s place. It is situated in the heart of Paris, connected to everything yet isolated too —- allowing for us to have easy access to the thrills of Paris from a peaceful oasis in its heart. And Isabella is Paris as a person, a wonderful host. We thank you for everything!

Sylvie and Max were extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. Their place is beautifully quaint and comfortable. They had everything thoughtfully prepared for our arrival with local recommendations and directions on how to get around. We also appreciated the warmth of having flowering roses and orchids in the apartment, as much as the local pastries and the bottle of chilled champagne. The location is convenient to the Metro stations so we were able to easily visit there the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musèe d’Orsay, and Musèe L’Armee. We also walked to the Panthèon and Notre Dame which took no time at all. With all the beauty of Paris we experienced during our stay, my favorite part was standing on their balcony and taking it all in. The view is spectacular ! You will love being there. Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Super logement, très propre, hôte très disponible par message, je recommande fortement. Horaire très intéressante qui nous permet de bien profiter de l appartement et notamment du jaccuzi mis à notre disposition 😁
