Loft en plein coeur de Paris

This 67 m2 loft has been fully renovated by a French architect. The high ceilings with wooden beams and the waxed concrete floor make it unique. It is located in Montorgueil – Marais (hyper center of Paris) in a very safe pedestrian area. The location is ideal; everything is very close and easy to access on foot and the best served metro station in Paris (Chatelet-les-Halles) is 5 minutes away. It is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) on the courtyard side, very quiet and cool in summer.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Very quiet studio, all comforts.

Had such a great stay at Laurent’s! The location was incredible and the studio was just what we needed for our few days in Paris. It was such a quick walk to the Louvre and minutes away from several Metro stations with connections to everywhere in Paris (including the RER B CDG station). The instructions that were given to us for check in were very detailed and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend this studio to others.

David’s place was one of if not the most beautiful Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. It is true Paris filled with romance, character, and history - the terraces are spectacular, the decor is gorgeous, and everything was clean and felt elevated/nice. If anything, the pictures don’t do it justice. Also, David was very communicative and responded right away when I had a question about check in, and he allowed us late checkout with no problem when our flight was cancelled. A true gem - I would 100% book again on my next trip to Paris.

Highly recommend! I had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as pictured, the location is excellent with easy access to metro, buses, shops, and everything you may need. This booking was exactly as described, very clean and spacious with wonderful facilities. It is perfectly situated with views of Notre Dame across the river and an easy walk to the Louvre and many good restaurants and cafes. Esther and Charles are very gracious hosts with lots of little personal touches left for us such as fresh fruit and wine. Would definitely book again if we return to Paris as it’s easily the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

I had a great stay at Marie Charlie’s place. The apartment is located in a very chsrming neighborhood. I liked both the location and the house itself; it felt comfortable and welcoming. Communication with Marie Charlie was excellent. One thing to note for future guests: the apartment is on the third floor and there’s no elevator. It wasn’t a big problem, but it was a bit of a challenge with my large suitcase. I managed just fine and it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed the stay.

This one bedroom apartment was in a perfect Latin Quarter location. A super location to start our 10 days in Paris. The apartment was on the third floor (USA) with easy access, elevator and air conditioning. The floor to ceiling windows were great for opening up the apartment with wonderful light and fresh air. We had breakfast on the balcony each morning. Michael and team were very responses and we appreciated them taking care of our transportation from and to airport. Perfect apartment for a long or short stay for a couple or family with young children. We enjoyed the bustling neighborhood with many restaurants, bakeries, wine, cheese and grocery stores.
