In the morning you will be awakened by the song of birds in our garden. The apartment is located in the outskirts of Hanzestad Maasbommel on the Golden Ham (400m) here you can cycle, walk, swim, rent a boat, eat out, bowl, water sports etc.

Within walking distance is the Blue Room, the Grebbeberg and some fantastic hiking/cycling routes along the Waal and Rijn. Also a number of cozy restaurants including ‘t Veerhuis (200m away). You have access to a large part of the garden with lounge area. And possibly in the morning a Betuws breakfast in the garden or in the room.

Our beautiful windmill was built on the remains of a medieval castle in 1873. In 2006 the mill was fully renovated. You will have a comfortable stay in the mill which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
