Tiny house holiday rentals in IJmuiden

The hosts are really welcoming and the tiny house is impeccable. In addition, an excellent breakfast awaits us on arrival. The house is really camouflaged in the backyard. Silence is guaranteed. The garden is beautiful. The only small problem is the 10 Eu per day fee for parking that was not planned (new municipal regulation). And it's hard to find parking; on the other hand, the hosts gave us a good hand.

If you are looking to immerse yourself in the Dutch countryside this is a great location. The fact that they are below sea level and all the engineering that goes in to keeping them dry is a bonus

It was a wonderfully quiet stay in a very nice location.

It is a beautiful accommodation with a view directly of the lake. The accommodation is small but it offers everything you need and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. There is also a parking lot directly opposite and very good restaurants and shopping nearby. It was a dream to wake up every day with a view of the lake. If the weather is good, you can also go swimming there. Will definitely be back :)

We were three friends staying at this Airbnb, and we had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, and had a great vibe overall. There were games available and even some travel guides and magazines to help us plan our outings. The host was incredibly helpful and always available, he lived just behind the house, so it was easy to reach out whenever we needed something. All in all, it was a beautiful stay and a perfect getaway. Highly recommended!

The location was very good, you can be on the beach in 3 minutes. It was very secluded. Good bus connections for those who come by public transport. On parallel boulevard plenty of great restaurants plus a shopping street. Not so big shell selection on the beach, but if you get up early in the morning you have better chances. Beautiful level beach well suited for long walks.

A fantastic and complete stay. Everything is available and the sauna completes it all. Communication with the host was very easy and there is a lot to be experienced in the area. So highly recommended!

Cozy, beautiful cottage. Super hosts who give you all the privacy and yet were ready to make a fire or if we asked for something. We enjoyed the peace and the coziness!

I had an amazing time at the cabin. I am a florist and I came from the USA for the flowers and to learn as much as I could about them, the farming, the flower auctions & the marketing and advertising while I was here. I was traveling solo and her cabin is a perfect location for it all and I felt safe there through out my stay. I also loved the fact that I had the quiet woods and farmland surrounding me but could also be at the beach in a blink of an eye! She was an amazing host with the biggest heart and wonderful recommendations. I so wish to come back one day with my daughter. The cabin and The Netherlands have my heart now! :) Thank you for an amazing trip. P.s.- If you plan to stay here, maybe bring a flashlight because the trail in the woods to the cabin can get a little dark at night! ;)

Unfortunately, we were only 5 days in the accommodation, but it was really very nice. Right in front of the door, two pigs grunt happily to themselves and you are really right at the edge of the forest. Everything is very idyllic. You definitely need a car to get there. There was also a supermarket about 10 minutes away by car. In the kitchen there was everything you needed. The sauna was also really great and we slept heavenly in the beds. All in all absolutely recommended.

We wanted to experience the North Sea and Haarlem and Amsterdam, the location of the apartment was ideal for this. Everything was optimally accessible by bicycle and train

We had a wonderful stay in the lovingly furnished guest house. Everything is available and everything in the apartment is described in a self-explanatory way. The guest house is very clean, the double bed is very good and everything is practical and beautifully furnished. The location is great and a free large parking lot is not far away. Nel is very courteous, quick to reach and also responds very quickly. Katwijk is also very beautiful, especially the beach with all the beach clubs. Check-in was very easy with a lockbox. Thank you for the great stay. Absolutely recommended.

Peaceful location and Ilona was very understanding and helpful. The outdoor firepit really added to our stay, thankfully we had gorgeous weather so we could use it every night. Thank you so much, and we hope to be back soon :)

It was a nice experience to sleep in a tiny house. It was very clean and well maintained, Gabriella came by and offered help with questions, very friendly. The only thing that is a pity is that the whirlpool should only be used from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. due to the volume and those are times when you are often traveling on vacation. Until 9:30 p.m. would be more practical. Otherwise, everything is good, but you need a car.

We stayed here together with our 8-month-old son and for 2 nights this was a top stay! We had brought a camping bed ourselves, but it is even offered if you do not have one yourself. Location is great if you like hiking in nature because it is at the beginning of the Veluwe! All in all highly recommended!

Had a wonderful getaway in the beautiful fully equipped and comfortable bakery! It's wonderful to drink coffee with the chickens scratching around you. Being able to fully focus on working on my business in a nice space full of greenery. Anne was super sweet and helpful, thank you!

We felt very comfortable and spent a few relaxing vacation days in Karin's lovingly furnished vacation home. The furnishings left nothing to be desired and the pellet stove provided pleasant warmth when needed. From Bennebroek, we could explore the surrounding area (e.g. Amsterdam, Haarlem) by public transport or car. We can gladly recommend the accommodation. Kerstin and Gisbert

Caroline's accommodation was perfectly positioned between the city train and tram stations. This made it very easy to get around, about a 5 to 10 minute walk in either direction. Anytime you needed help with directions Caroline was helpful. The courtyard attached to the accommodations was a nice touch. Very private and great after a long and busy day. Excellent mall close by which made it accessible for grocery and takeout food. It also contained outdoor patios great for a quick or leisure drink. Overall I would recommend this place for sure. A quick get away from the hussle and bustle of sightseeing. Thank you Caroline for all your help. It was great.

We had wonderful days in Middelie and the surrounding area. Dorothee is very likeable, always available for questions and information and has a fabulous taste for furnishings. The studio is stylishly equipped with everything you need. The bed and the garden loungers are very comfortable! The accommodation and the garden are the purest idyll directly on a small canal - and so close to a metropolis! You can watch duck and rabbit families or simply let your gaze wander into the distance. Spectacular sunrises included. From there, we made day trips to Amsterdam (Central Station by bus without changing in about 30 minutes) and to Haarlem and Zandvoort by car (about 35/50 minutes). I would have liked to stay longer ... a big compliment to Dorothee and her husband for their hospitality on their beautiful property!

We, Lieke and Els, have stayed in this airbnb for the 2nd time and will certainly book a 3rd, 4th and 5th time. You really get value for money! Not expensive and a wonderful, quiet and clean place in a fantastic environment. So close to the coast, in this wonderful environment, is a blessing. The airbnb matches the description. Everything is present as indicated on the website. The owners leave you completely alone, you can go in and out whenever you want. Highly recommended!! We will book soon for next year, because we are afraid that it will not be available otherwise.
