Holiday rentals with lake access in IJburg

Wir hatten tolle Tage im Haus von Richard! Die Lage ist exzellent, schön ruhig und mit dem See natürlich super zum erfrischen. Wir hatten das Boot dazu gemietet und auch eine schöne Zeit auf dem Wasser und dem größeren See verbracht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, klimatisierte Räume waren perfekt an den heißen Tagen. Das zusammensitzen auf der Terrasse am See am Abend, super! Mit dem Haus macht man absolut nichts falsch und würden es immer wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist super, aber das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse auf 3 Seiten des Hauses, direkt am Wasser. Die großen Glasfronten im Wohnzimmer geben den Blick aufs Wasser frei, was die Wohnung auch bei kühlen Temperaturen besonders macht. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man am liebsten keinen Ausflug machen möchte, sondern nur in der Wohnung bleiben möchte.

Erg mooie locatie, heel dicht bij t centrum. Belangrijk om te melden is dat er geen parkeerplaats is voor de auto. 500 meter verderop is een gratis parkeerplaats. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Eerst de bagage afzetten en dan de auto naar de parkeerplaats brengen, ging goed (eenrichtingsverkeer). Het huisje is modern en gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien! Treinstation en bushalte zijn vlakbij om de verdere omgeving met t OV te verkennen. In de tuin staat een schuurtje waar je evt je eigen/gehuurde fietsen kwijt kunt. Het is een rustige omgeving en toch dichtbij t centrum! Heerlijke plek en zeker een aanrader.

We enjoyed our stay at Brenda and Michael’s super clean, spacious, well appointed home. It was full of light and the eclectic decor really added to the experience. The location was ideal, just 2 train stops from Centraal with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the house. Communication couldn’t have been better. We had a issue with the coffee machine and Michael stopped by the same day to fix it. We would highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful few days stay in Fons’ home. Our kids loved the garden with a trampoline, fish pond and rabbits! The house is lovely and it was perfect for visiting our family and Amsterdam.

Wir waren mit 4 Mädels für 4 Tage da. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Auch in der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden. die Betten waren äußerst bequem. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt in den See und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seeseite ist ein Sandstrand. Es gibt eine gute Busanbindung nach Alkmaar und in die Stadt, wo man im übrigen sehr gut Essen kann. Auch der Lieferservice hat gut geklappt. Sollten wir noch einmal in diese Gegend wollen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

très bel endroit, très dépaysant et paisible. nous avons passé un excellent moment et le logement est exactement comme la description et comme sur les photos. les enfants ont beaucoup aimé!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly what we needed , clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. They really made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough positive things about our stay at Kevin and Kim's beautiful home. The place was fantastic and exactly as advertised. We felt right at home immediately in their immaculately clean home. It had everything we needed for a quick getaway. It was close to busses, the grocery store and the lovely shops and promenade in Volendam on the water. Amsterdam was only a 20 minute bus ride. Kevin greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Truly a great experience. I would book with Kevin and Kim in a heartbeat again should our travels return to Volendam.

Lovely apartment, very easy to find and very clean and comfortable. Great location on the waterfront and close to bus station. Easy walk to town and lots of cafes / restaurants. Shafieq was really responsive and helpful and gave very clear instructions on check-in.

Jan’s apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It is in a quiet area with a community feel. There is a good supermarket just around the corner and a lovely cafe across the canal in the park area. It is walkable to the train station and the city centre. Utrecht is a great city and a stay in Jan’s apartment made for an enjoyable few days.

I had a fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful—stylish, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en genoten van het uitzicht. Het huisje was schoon en netjes en van alles voorzien. Het uitzicht was geweldig. Helaas liet het weer het niet toe maar de mooie momenten hebben we heerlijk op het terras en de steiger kunnen zitten. We logeerden in huisje # 5. Echt een aanrader. Goede bedden en volledig uitrusting in de keuken.

Lovely stay at Rudis cottage.After two weeks travelling around Europe we wanted a couple of night to relax and this was the perfect place. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and Rudi even brought us a fan when the temps hit 31 and the place was so hot. We were lucky to have a storm and be able to watch out over the nature reserve was amazing. We also ate at De Heeren van Maarssen nearby and the food was beautiful.

War eine sehr süße und liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft, in der man sich direkt zu Hause fühlt.

Coup de cœur pour Edam, le lieu est incroyable, tellement beau , paisible et à la fois si proche de tout ! La maison de Nicolas est très jolie et fidèle à la description, on s y est sentit très vite bien. Nous avons été accueilli par Nicolas qui est un hôte très amical . Nous avons trouvé les gens en Hollande d une gentillesse incroyable . Nous avons visité surtout Amsterdam pendant ses 3 jours mais en réalité il y a tellement à voir qu on compte bien y retourner. La gare routière est réellement à une minute à pied et on peut aller sur Amsterdam direct en 20 min . On ne peut pas régler les tickets de bus ,tram en espèces il faut que les adultes et chacun leur carte bleue ce qui nous a un peu déconcerté au départ. Après les journées de marches intensives arriver sur Edam le soir dans la maison de Nicolas boire un verre dans la cour près du canal était très très agréable.

Lonneke’s place is an absolute dream! Nestled in a quaint town surrounded by beauty. We loved walking around town, visiting the local restaurant, stopping in at the local market for fresh bread, and riding bikes along the canal. It’s the perfect distance from Amsterdam in that you can head into town for the hustle and bustle of the city, and return to a peaceful place to relax and disconnect.

Angelique hat uns direkt am Parkplatz abgeholt und uns alles ausführlich gezeigt. Sogar meinen Koffer hat sie in einem Schubkarren für uns ans Haus gebracht und uns für zwei Tage ein Boot organisiert, absolut Klasse! Das Häuschen ist in absolut ruhiger Lage, direkt an einem Kanal und sehr schön eingerichtet. Einfach perfekt um ein paar ruhige Tage zu verbringen. Absoluter Tip, man kann mit dem Boot sogar direkt in die Stadt fahren, dort anlegen und einkaufen, essen gehen oder shoppen :) Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Natürlich ist die Lage spitze, ebenso die Gegend. Wir können einen Spaziergang nach Loenen aan de Vecht empfehlen und ebenso einen Ausflug in die wunderschöne Stadt Utrecht. Der Check-in und Check-Out an der Unterkunft ist prima und unkompliziert. Es war wunderschön auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, von dort aus zu schwimmen und die Natur zu genießen.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage bei Frederika, die Unterkunft sieht in Echt noch hübscher aus, als auf den Bildern. Besonderes Highlight neben dem unglaublich schönen Ausblick, - das Ruderboot! Welches wir kostenfrei ausleihen durften! Klein, aber fein. Würde es defenitiv empfehlen! Anmerkung: Wlan ist in solch einer Umgebung sicher nicht erforderlich, aber hätte den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestaltet. Vielen Dank!
