The apartment is great, well located, 5min drive from the beaches of the fort and Rocket. Local Clean, A Mrs. Rosane who assisted us and gave all the assistance is phenomenal, the gatekeepers of the building are also very attentive, the kitchen has a lot of utensils. The stay was excellent! The property's location is great, close to everything and very convenient. Communication with the owner was quick and clear from start to finish. Renata, responsible for check-in, was extremely solicitous, polite and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The house is great, with a flawless structure and equipped with everything we need. Gente wonderful stay, located on one of the main avenue of Arraial do Cabo. During my stay I was able to enjoy the rust show next to the apartment, same street, all very close by, quick access to markets, restaurants. In front of the ap has the company that rents the bugs for a walk. About the apartment all clean, impeccable, apartment with great pool and beach view, all the kitchen utensils, had everything I needed and more. I didn't have to worry about anything, even a hairdryer has it in the bathrooms. I'm sure my family and I will be back, everyone loved it, doesn't even want to leave. And the very polite, gentle Victor, answered all questions, answers quickly, and is still always available and attentive to the details. Congratulations

We were very happy with the stay. The house is in an excellent spot, close to the beach and a street with restaurants, bakery, pharmacy… and it is possible to do everything on foot, without worrying about parking. The house has everything we needed in terms of utensils and amenities. Excellent rooms and bathrooms. The people who work in the house are very kind and helpful. We recommend it!

We initially rented for a month, and ended up renovating for another month because the stay was excellent. Scintilla is a wonderful host, super kind, requests and careful with the privacy of guests, while also being super helpful. The space is all renovated, quiet, warm clean, and she takes great care, as well as having assistance from her network of local cleaning, security professionals and for any repairs for prompt assistance, if necessary. The cost-beneficio is excellent. It is very close to the sea and tb the Lagoa. It has a nearby supermarket and some places that deliver food. For sure it will be our accommodation place in Figueira other times and we recommend with five stars. Thank you very much Scintilla!

It was beyond expectation!! Better than on the pictures. Super well located...the beach is very few meters from the house...it is beautiful, water is not cold, and rasinha. We leave the children to play at will and without fear. The pool is also outstanding! Everyone loved it! The kitchen is complete, large barbecue area. Nearby Gas Station and Market (for walking distance) 10min drive downtown where we can find banks, all kind of shops, restaurants and UPA. Easy access to Arraial do Cabo and Búzios (1h+-) We only have to thank you for the stay... we will definitely be back.

Great stay at João Luiz's house, the house is exactly as advertised, it has all you need to stay comfortably,all very new both the house and the kitchen items and so on. I stayed with my family with 6 people and everything was perfect. The house is facing a great pond that my 2-year-old loved, the condominium is great for children and for adults also who can take a relaxing walk throughout the condominium to the sound of birds. João Luiz and a great host I recommend !!! I hope to return soon I have saved to my favorites .

For a wonderful stay. The house accommodated with great comfort all 10 guests . What surprised me the most was the amount of bathrooms and the utensils available in the kitchen . Sensational outdoor area. Everything was wonderful ! We definitely recommend it!

The house is simple yet cozy and well-equipped. The pool is very good and the pool, Mr. Roberto, you're very kind . The pool and geek were also our fun on rainy days. Angela is so friendly and responds quickly!

It's been an amazing week The house is comfortable, warm water pscina delicious! Beach behind the beautiful house, cold but refreshing waters for the heat it makes. Hosts have been helpful and very present in everything we needed. The site is a 20-minute drive from the Center of Arraial. The neighborhood is Figueira, a quiet, residential neighborhood. Very close market,pharmacy,cafeterias with affordable and fair prices. Total satisfaction with this experience.

Excellent Hosting. Luiz is a great host, responds super fast and is always willing to help. It made us very at home. The house is great, spacious, everything clean and a wonderful outdoor area. Inside a Super quiet condominium near bakery, market, pharmacy, etc. we will return more often.
