We enjoyed our stay very much, Seu Roberto and Dona Fátima are very solicitous and made us very comfortable, very quiet place, easily accessible and close to Praia Lagunar de Ubás, which has the Blue Flag Certification. The house is spacious with good premises and great pool. We take our small pets and stay with peace of mind, because the backyard is very private. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and appliances (stove, fridge and freezer), all rooms with fans and bed linens needed. The living room has a great sound and has a TV as well. The stay at Stéfanny's home was extremely pleasant. Starting at the reception during the check-in that was made by Mr. Evaldo e pel Mrs. Jane, a very friendly and helpful couple who explained everything about the house. We were very attentive with us during the entire stay. The house was well cared for, clean and comfortable, with two living rooms equipped with Smartv with access to the main streaming platforms. The bed and the couches are also very comfortable. In the condominium area we were able to enjoy the swimming pool, there is also how to book barbecue. The location of the house is also great, very close to one of the accesses to Lagoa de Araruama, which has a beautiful view. We like the house very much, and we will certainly come back more often.

Even before the date of check in a Dona Carmen has already contacted her cell phone, which made communication much easier. She and her husband welcomed us very well and the house was much bigger than the pictures showed, as well as being very beautiful! Everything was impeccable, the house had everything we needed to cook and feed us well, large rooms, plenty of space, not counting the acerolas that D. Carmen left for us in the fridge!! Our children played and ran around the house and had fun like they could never do by living in an apartment. We love everything! As soon as we return to Iguaba we will want to stay there again. I had a wonderful experience at the host Pedro's house! From the time of booking, he was thoughtful and helpful, quickly answering all my questions. The house is simply amazing! Very well decorated, clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area is a real oasis, the view is beautiful, fantastic sunset, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I recommend the Flour beach, crystal clear, quiet and warm waters. As for the site, could not have chosen better. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with easy access to restaurants, shops and sights. I strongly recommend staying at Pedro's and I will definitely be back at the next chance!

The house is just wonderful! The maintenance is impeccable, the location and view are amazing. The kitchen is super well equipped, making the stay even more comfortable. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our trip. We took a boat trip in Arraial, and it was just amazing! On other days, we chose to make the most of the house and the condominium's private lagoon. The house is so cozy that we preferred to spend most of the time relaxing by the pool, barbecuing and enjoying the tranquility. The condominium also has a bakery and restaurant/pizzeria, providing more convenience. Franco is an exceptional host, always attentive, available and very kind. He gave us great tips about the area, making our experience even more special. We can't wait to go back!
