Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay. Location is a great attraction. Next to Água na Boca, a renowned restaurant in the region. A lagoon with clear water, an excellent choice for families with children. Close to the bakery, market, fitness center, pharmacy, soccer field and children's playground. Very close to Popeye's Kiosk, with a soccer field and playground right on the sand, which we can truly call the "backyard of the house." Just cross the street to be at the lagoon.

Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay in Iguaba Grande. Inside a condominium, the apartment is on the ground floor, making it easy to get around. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. The condominium has a swimming pool, barbecue, court, sauna, ping-pong table. It is very close to Iguaba Beach, about 200 meters. Very close to the city's commerce, pharmacies, markets and shops, which makes it possible to do everything on foot.

Furnished apartment in Iguaba Grande, in front of Popaye Beach, great location: close to the bakery, market, restaurant, fitness center, soccer field, children's playground and much more! All windows overlook the sea, very close to the beach, less than 50 meters, just across the street! The apartment is spacious, has two bedrooms (each with a double bed and a bunk bed), a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, service area and a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach.

Relax with your family and/or friends in this beautiful apartment in the Varandas de Iguaba Building. On the corner with the lagoon. In front of the building is the lagoon with a boardwalk that extends throughout the city, ideal for good walks, bike riding… along its entire length, there are benches and charming tables on the lagoon's sand. Ideal place to relax. Enjoy the lagoon and nearby beaches. Come and enjoy this nice place. Building with elevator. Let's go?!!

The coverage served my group of 10 very well. Very airy space with a beautiful view to the lagoon, detail for the beautiful sunset that can be enjoyed in it! The location is excellent. In front of the lagoon beaches and also very close to the market, bakery and pharmacy. Arthur is a very polite and communicative person. Loved it, I'll be back soon.

Cozy apartment.

the village answered my need, great reception 3 min walk to the beach or less, small but extremely clean space with everything a person needs in everyday life. I will certainly come back more often.

Leandro was very nice releasing the check-in at 11 pm , as we had a problem on arrival in the city, and he still took the key on the spot!! Great apartment, spectacular location, all right according to the listing, I'll be back again!!!

Our stay at André's apartment was spectacular. From the first moment, their predisposition and kindness made a difference. He was always attentive to every query or need that arose, which made us feel very welcome and cared for throughout the stay. Undoubtedly the best thing was the location: really unbeatable, close to everything we needed and with easy access to the main points of interest. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, comfortable, clean and well equipped for a pleasant stay. We 100% recommend staying at this place, and would definitely come back on an upcoming visit.
