Maurizio is a really rare person nowadays, welcoming, kind and very available for every need. She welcomed me into the apartment with a very welcome local gift. Thank you. We spent 2 really wonderful nights in Claudia and Alessandro's Luxury apartment in Riccione. The house is exactly as in the photos: modern, very clean and cared for in every detail. The location is convenient for reaching both the sea and the center, but at the same time quiet for a good night's rest. Claudia and Alessandro were exceptional hosts, helpful and attentive to every request. They gave us great advice on restaurants and beaches and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort, elegance and a warm welcome. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, my family and I only stayed at Alberto's for the weekend. The apartment is a delight, just as you can see in the photos. It is clean, bright, quite spacious and cared for in every detail. The terraces available in the apartment are really nice and comfortable both for hanging clothes and for having an aperitif outside, and they overlook a very quiet area. Although the area is not particularly busy, it is very close to both the beach and the promenade, so it is very convenient for services. As soon as he welcomed us, Alberto gave us a tour of the apartment and the garage (another extremely positive note of this accommodation) and immediately made himself available for any of our needs and questions. I 100% recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back!

Everything in the house is designed with precision and attention to detail, 1 minute's walk from the center of Cattolica with all amenities and restaurants/beaches. I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

We were very satisfied with the apartment and especially the location of the apartment. 5 minutes from the beach, free parking nearby, otherwise few minutes away parking for 2 euros a day. The apartment is located to the main street with great food options, but still a little private because it is located in a kind of backyard. Alessandro was easily accessible and was able to give good recommendations, check in and check out totally easy with code. Everything you need for your vacation. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi signal is weak because you share it and you can't operate several household appliances at the same time (e.g. washing machine and stove).

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

The reception by Elisa was fantastic. She had even taken the trouble to arrange an interpreter. We could ask anything and get an immediate answer. A very beautiful environment with fine beaches. The place itself is also very cozy with lots to do. You won't get bored. A very nice house, with a lovely garden. Everything very clean. We enjoyed so much that we want to come back next year.

We went to see in Rally de San Marino, the apartment is cuco, 5 easy enter (we were 3) has a terrace bigger than the apartment itself!! The landlady is very helpful and kind! We understood each other well with her and recommended several places around the area for lunch and dinner. Under the apartment there is a bar that you squeeze some capuccinos with pastries for 3.50 👌🏻 You have the beach at 10 meters and the sea at 25

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.
