Katia and Luca are wonderful people, super helpful and kind hosts, accurate in the directions. It was a pleasure to stay in their apartment, where there was everything you need to have a great holiday! The host's recommendations on where to eat and what to see in the area were much appreciated by us. Great area, literally within walking distance of the waterfront. We'll definitely be back

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Apartment that reflects what is described in the AirB&B photos. Clean, tidy, fragrant. Excellent location for pleasant walks and to enjoy the sea from the terrace. isabella's apartment was taken care of in every detail. from the fixtures that left outside noise, both in the furniture. Very clean and equipped with every comfort. It overlooks the walk directly but the area is quite quiet. The indoor parking space with a gate is essential.

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere at the pool! Nicoletta and the family are very welcoming and great company. Flat is a little difficult to keep cool in great heat. But the fans provided were very silent and good to be used during the night. However, we spend most of our time outside, at the pool, in the water, and drinking coffee at the bar ;)

Beautiful condo conveniently located near restaurants, grocers and shopping. Stefania was incredibly helpful and suggestive to our requests and needs. We love this place!!

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Small apartment but considering the fact that you were only at home to sleep and eat is fine. Always clean pool. The comfort with the beach a few steps away practically without leaving the residence. In the morning Yoga for the joy of my wife. Maybe we'll be back.

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Beautiful accommodation, everything was very clean, and nice landlords. Everything was as described. The train station and city center are within walking distance, the beach is really just around the corner - as well as a really good pizza snack.

Super comfortable place! 20 steps and you're on the beach! Apartment complete with everything you need, even for children (cot, high chair, bridle) great. Super view!! 🤩 We'll definitely be back soon!

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

We liked the apartment. Very bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. Incredible terrace. Giuseppe was very welcoming and hospitable. The apartment is conveniently located near the sea and the exhibition center (during the exhibitions, a special bus No.10 runs past the apartment and without transfers and loss of time delivers in 10 minutes). The only thing we lacked was a kettle and a few pieces of furniture on the terrace. We had a large company and one table and 4 chairs were not enough. But everything else was great. Thank you!

The location is ideal to everything in the area. Right off the main road so very quiet. 5 minute walk to great restaurants and the beach. Wonderful for our family. Extremely clean and great communication. Every detail was thought of inside the house.
