We needed a place to stay in Caen with our dog so we could explore the area and Arnaud’s place was absolutely perfect. The location is very central and yet also very private with it’s completely enclosed garden. We were welcomed personally and immediately felt at home and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful, and ideal for our dog who just wanted to relax in the shade. All of the things inside worked perfectly and the home itself is very well equipped. We highly recommend Arnaud’s place and will stay there again when we visit Caen.

Everything you need is present in the large house. Romain is very friendly and responds immediately to all your questions. We had no hot water at one point and Romain came by immediately. Super host and stay, with a perfect price/quality ratio. RECOMMENDED!

Elodie is very friendly and accommodating! Responds very quickly and gives up-to-date information! Quiet residential area and the house is very homely and cozy! We felt right at home here! This is THE MOST amazing location. Pictures do not do this place justice. It felt like we were staying in a Jane Austen novel. Christian and his wife were the sweetest, most patient and helpful hosts. The place was SPOTLESS, the atmosphere was completely idyllic. It was better than expected, we couldn't believe it when we arrived. This was the true, original kind of Airbnb experience. Personal, comfortable, local. Do not hesitate to book. We wanted to just stay and rest and hang out here for a week. Christian went above and beyond to help us when we had some issues with our car. They stopped by to say goodbye and see us off. It will be our favorite memory from our trip .

It is not easy to find accommodation for a family or friends reunion. Everything is there here. Number of rooms and beds, leisure facilities for children and adults, crockery, seats all in number for a large group. It's clean. My garden is nice, like the house. Thanks again for this weekend!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of Karine's service: very welcoming host, nice and spacious mobile home, very well equipped +++, everything is there and everything is thought of, from the baby night light, coffee capsules, tea, paper consumables, hygiene products... nothing to say and especially very clean. This mobile home is a real haven of peace and we had a pleasant stay outside school holidays, very relaxing with my baby and my elderly mother. Classy, clean and quiet campsite. Small paradise cottage, very peaceful. Small garden not overlooked. Very clean space. We didn't miss anything. Thanks to Flora for the little touches that awaited us and for hosting us. We had a great time. The accommodation is quite suitable for a family and especially for our 3 dogs who had a garden all around the house. It's a real house with everything you need, and very well located, close to the sea and all amenities. Kevin leaves us a lot of very nice little touches. Thanks to Kevin and his mom, who was so kind.
