Ingrid was very responsive and easy to communicate with anytime we had questions. The apartment was extremely clean and well organized. It was easy walk to train station and in the heart of many bakeries, restaurants and stores. A perfect choice for a stay in Caen.

Felt like a place you want to be yours. This charming two-bedroom apartment was both welcoming and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to settle in right away. The location is ideal - just steps from quartier des Vagueux and its excellent restaurants, historic landmarks, and the city’s main shopping streets. This place makes the perfect home base. Highly recommended!

We are delighted to have stayed for 3 nights in Robin's accommodation. The accommodation is located in the center of Caen, close to shops, bars and restaurants: everything is within walking distance and it's really nice. The view of the castle is superb: waking up and falling asleep with this view makes this accommodation exceptional. The space is spacious and matches the photos. In addition, it is very clean and the good quality of the bedding is appreciable after a day of walking. The secure parking space offered a few minutes' walk away is a real plus! The reception for the handover of the keys was clear and appreciable. We highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back here, if we return to Caen.

Very nice quiet and clean apartment, only the WiFi did not work or maybe it was us who did not know how to use it and the bathroom is too small, you can't even wash your feet in the bathroom, otherwise everything else is great, thank you.

Very good stay in a nice and peaceful quiet. Karine and her husband are very welcoming and discreet. The accommodation is functional and close to everything, clean and comfortable bedding. Don't hesitate if you need to spend a few nights in Caen!

Denis's accommodation is very convenient, close to the train station, city center also close, local shops in the nearby streets, with everything you need to have a very good stay, including good bedding. I will definitely come back, and I recommend :-))

Nacim offered us a very cozy apartment, recently redone. Access via the pedestrian street, located on the 3rd floor, spacious rooms, one overlooking the pedestrian street. Very convenient bathroom and living space. We were 2 couples and are happy to have made this stay in Caen. I recommend it. Juliet

Arthur and Raphaëlle are super responsive hosts, very human and understanding, they were very attentive. I had a very good stay with them and thanks to them. The accommodation is exactly as described, it is very functional, quiet and easy to access. The private parking is a nice bonus, it's nice not to run after a parking space. I highly recommend it and keep this address carefully.

Beautiful apartment, very well-kept, in the center of Caen a few steps from the castle, it has a well-stocked kitchen, a sofa bed, a bedroom with a very comfortable bed and a bathroom with everything you need. Lots of restaurants and clubs nearby. Also close to the tram stop. Perfect!

Great location, restaurants, bakeries, bars are within minutes of walking. The flat is well-equipped, light, comfortable. Béatrice is very kind, helpful, and flexible.

Apartment close to services and attractions as well as bus stops. Matches the photos and spacious enough for a long stay (I stayed almost a month). Aurélien is an excellent host, despite the small wifi problems during an evening/night the problem was quickly resolved. My stay was almost perfect because, on the other hand, the students were particularly noisy in the street and below the apartment throughout my stay (between the end of May and mid-June; probably because the exams were over), and this, until late at night. For those who are sensitive to noise, wear earplugs.

A charming little flat with a beautiful garden and a peaceful atmosphere. Parking can be a bit tricky, and I’d suggest updating the pillows for more comfort, but overall the house is lovely. Thank you, Cyril!

We loved this peaceful haven, the pool and the jacuzzi are a real plus despite the proximity to the sea, we will come back to one of the other cottages in the estate as a family, that's for sure!

Accommodation taken for the weekend. I even regret not having booked 1 day earlier as I was pleasantly surprised by this apartment (used to living in a house). All this to say that the accommodation is as described in the listing and even better. All the luxury and comfort of everyday life and by the way a very good coffee. Thank you to Manon. Hélène is a very nice host. His tips on nearby restaurants turned out to be very smart. The apartment is nice, well located and the hot tub much appreciated, especially by our 8 year old daughter. We highly recommend.

We were only passing through for 2 days, 1 night. The cleanliness of the kitchen, bathroom, living room and perfect. The comfort of the bed is top-notch! Comfort of the chairs at the top, the jacuzzi clean also easy to use, with a parasol in case of strong heat which is great, the atmosphere of the terrace with the lights is very nice!
