We absolutely loved this house! The location is stunning, with a perfect private beach and breathtaking natural surroundings. Everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this house!

The house is sufficient in every way and was convenient to go anywhere in terms of location. The house was very clean and had 2 gardens. Also, there were 3 air conditioners in the house. The rooms and the house were quite spacious and the kitchen supplies were enough. It can be preferred for those who want to have a peaceful holiday.

Having direct access to the beach was lovely for sunbathing and swimming. The accommodation is well set up and furnished well. Very clean with everything you would need to cook proper meals in the kitchen should you wish. In terms of the location, we visited at the end of April prior to the 'season' starting. Many of the restaurants/bars that front the beach were still setting up, however two restaurants were open both serving very good food, fresh seafood etc. with very friendly staff. Eser the host went above and beyond to suggest alternatives a short taxi ride away should we desire. Overall a very positive experience.

It was a very nice holiday with everything. Mr. Mehmet was a very kind, caring and friendly host. The house was very nice. Everything that could be needed was in the house. 2 families are designed to accommodate very comfortably. It is located in a very nice location. It was a peaceful holiday in the forest, 10 minutes away from Ykyakaya. We would like to thank our host Mr. Mehmet and his wife for everything. Thanks to them, we felt like we were in our own home. A delightful and beautifully planned house. The view is magnificent. You have the same magnificent view from the poolside in the garden, from the bedrooms on the ground floor, and from the living room and terrace upstairs. The house was very clean and the furniture was well-maintained. The hostess Ms. Damla and her assistant Mr. Günay were both very interested. We had no problems during our stay. It was a very pleasant stay.

Stayed here for one night as a group of four females looking for a relaxing private getaway. This booking was exactly that. Home was identical to the photos provided in the advertisement. When we arrived, we were greeted by the hosts who live opposite the house, very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. As a group of young females, we felt safe and just at home, we will definitely be returning, and we could not recommend this home enough.

For the first time, I booked an apartment online, frankly, I was having trouble with trust. But when I really went, the people who served were friendly and the apartment was very close to everything. Beach, market, etc. Transportation was very convenient for us. It was very clean where we stayed was a plus, a small and cute place where we felt like we were in our home. Thank you Mr. Uğur and his employees❤️

the location is very good, 5-6 minutes to the beach, 10-15 minutes to the marina and the bar street. The house was very clean and tidy. Although we arrived early, Mr. Uğur provided us with flexible check-in. We thank him.

Very spacious villa and a clean & large pool. The host was really attentive to our needs and provided us with satellite TV and WiFi modem on demand. Location wise, it is a bit uphill and 10 min walk away from the beach.

Great house up in the mountains above Içmeler. The road driving up the mountain is very twisty and the road in the neighborhood is rough but the house was high quality and very comfortable to stay in.

A wonderful house. The garden and poolside are very enjoyable. A perfect choice for a large group of friends in a peaceful environment. The host Nur is very polite and very helpful. We also thank her for the breakfast treats. The architecture of the house is also magnificent.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The seating area outside was very comfortable and had beautiful views. We would highly recommend it!

It was a stay that met our expectations. The house is spacious and immaculately clean. All necessities and kitchen utensils are available. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is clean and large enough. It is located approximately 1 km from Söğüt Village, and if you do not have a vehicle, transportation options are limited. Home delivery options are available.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

This place is really excellent. The villa is beautiful with a view of the sea and the private pool is very enjoyable. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Our host, Arda was very helpful. The location is great, walking distance to beach, great restaurants and very relaxing.

Amazing villa! Will definitely stay again! Marina , Melissa and captain Markus was extremely helpful! Really enjoyed my stay. The villa is only 10min away from the beach front, within the villa there’s so much to do. I loved it. Definitely recommend others! Thank you.

Location is great you have local shops and a taxi base right next to you the villa it self is great nice and spacious and enough room for the 6 of us also the host was very quick to respond and also came around if we was unsure of anything he was a really great host we will definitely be booking this place again when we return
