I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

Our stay at the address was very quiet and Nadia was always ready to serve us. The house is very cozy and fresh, which was great as it was getting quite hot during our stay. The address is very close to the center of the city, we went and returned on foot whenever we needed, although there was no sidewalk on the street, it was very quiet. Great place for those looking for peace and quiet. We were greeted by the host of the house, the kitten Fubá, who was with us throughout our entire stay, very cute. It is not a place for those who do not like animals, besides the cat, we received visits from dogs, squirrels and many spiders, which was good, as there were almost no pernilongos. The only point of attention is the parking lot, we had a bit of difficulty in getting out with the car.

Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is super affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and drops you off next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking lot also helps out, as it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very peaceful and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the question we had.

The house is extremely comfortable, meeting all expectations. Beautifully airy area, all rooms with bathrooms, pool area and charming garden. Amauri is extremely kind, polite and super willing to help with both home care and city recommendations. Next to Hopi Hari too, which helped a lot! Whenever you travel with friends, the house will be the first option! Beautiful house, well cared for and the owners are wonderful and super capricious and worried. I highly recommend mil!!!

My family liked the lodging a lot, and the dogs then, I don't even need to mention that they will be drowsy for at least 2 days, rsrs. We loved the stay. It was me, my husband, my mother-in-law and my little children: older than 3 years and my newborn twins, so our goal was to enjoy with the children and not leave the property. Everything was excellent. My eldest loved the pool, the jump, swing, hammock, the space itself and the corner with a table and chair + some toys left for him. The gemmins also enjoyed nature and everything was clean and with an excellent structure. The swimming pool was open and clean every morning. In spite of the cold nights the house was good to sleep, my biggest concern about the babies. It is also worth highlighting the fubá cake that Heliane made that was delicious. She was super cozy and helped us at various times. We recommend the accommodation and we hope to go back.

Great location close to the shops, I went from Uber to the mall and did not cost $10, the city of São Vicente surprised me positively. Bertha Host is a compliment to the part , very polite and always willing to assist us, left everything well explained with tips and etc , a person's candy. I just have to thank 🤍✨

Apartment exactly as in the pictures! Nice bed and great shower! We loved the location! Nice restaurants, bakeries, markets and pleasant surroundings for sightseeing.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The house is not just a stay — it’s a mansion nestled right in the middle of a reserve forest. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown (if not better). It’s spacious, clean, and every detail is thoughtfully curated. Honestly, it was the best stay we’ve ever had. Just a heads-up — it’s quite remote, which is part of its magic. But it also means that if you forget something or need food or supplies, it’s a bit of a drive to the nearest store or town. So, plan ahead and bring everything you might need. Still, 100% worth it for the experience!

The hostess attended to us in a very pleasant manner. All the guidance and availability made me and my family feel at home. Clean space and good utensils for a quiet day. Very close to the best places in São Paulo. I am totally satisfied.
