Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hyannis, Barnstable

This is a true hidden gem. A stones throw from one of the best raw bars in Yarmouth (or Cape Cod for that matter), literally steps (like 5 steps right out the slider) from the beach, stunning views and sunsets. Very clean and cozy cottage, and our host was excellent. The value was also incredible. Very central in Cape Cod, meaning anything you want to do besides Provincetown is 30 mins or less in any direction. Yarmouth had a charm of its own, especially for a family with young children. Lots of kids activities within 5 minutes. A+++

A minor communication glitch between host and cleaners meant two of the beds had not been made and probably a general cleaning between guests wasn't done. Fortunately the property was already very clean and the guests before me must have been, too. Everything else was in order. When I let the host know, she immediately contacted the cleaners while I went out for groceries. By the time I got back, the place was perfect and the cleaners were gone. I don't think this is a regular occurrence at all. In October this neighborhood was very quiet, which is a priority for me. And I felt very safe, which is also important. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette, and it was absolutely amazing! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great and even left treats for us upon arrival. The house is stunning, clean, and in a wonderful area on the cape. Cannot recommend it enough!

Brianna's place was well kept up, clean, and comfortable. The house had a very quite and secluded setting, which we enjoyed. We had a nice stay and thought this was a good central location in Cape Cod. Brianna had everything we needed and more. The conveniences that she had in the house were much appreciated (bags, beach equipment and toys, cooler, washer and dryer & etc.) and made life so much easier. She was very responsive when asked and even gave us some recommendations around the area. The whole process was smooth!

This property is on another level. It’s the four seasons of Airbnb. It’s such an immaculate place to stay and we loved every part of it. The cleanliness, the high quality of the essentials, the coziness, ambience and so much more was truly worth the stay.

The host was friendly and responds fast. The house has clean, comfortable, and located in a nice neighborhood. We had two cars and parking was very easy at this house. The host provided a binder with recommendations of places and restaurants to visit, which ended up being super helpful. There are many grocery stores, beaches, and shopping centers within a 10 minute drive from this location so it was perfect!

Renee was a fantastic host and the place was spotless and perfect for us (party of 4 - and still had a convertible couch and plenty of space). The driveway is big for multiple vehicles and the fenced yard is helpful for a dog. Easy in and out and close to everything in Hyannis.

this was a great place to stay in brewster. it is across the street from my favorite coffee shop and walkable to several great restaurants in the area. ann was a great host and easy to talk to. i definitely recommend staying here!

If I could give 100 stars I would!! Out of all the airbnbs I have stayed at Jennifer’s listing has outdone them all!! First of all, Jennifer was the most amazing host and treated us like family! Secondly, the house was spotless, not a speck could be found (and I am usually picky about cleanliness) — it was absolutely exceptional!!! I will definitely be coming back multiple times. I got this Airbnb for the weekend because I was proposing to my girlfriend in a Hyannis dinner train. This was the only spot that looked private and worthy of an “engagement weekend getaway” vibe as opposed to hotels and other Airbnbs. Meagan even allowed a friend of mine to show up and decorate the apartment with “Just Engaged” signs and fake candles and fake rose petals, which made the bedroom look even more romantic. My now-fiancé could not express enough how much she loved the place. Quiet, safe neighborhood, good eating spots less than 10 mins away in car, great water pressure, everything you could ask for. If we’re going to be knit-picky, the only thing we can complain about was that the A/C did not seem to work. The wall unit was open like if it was working, but no air was coming out of it. I forgot to mention this to Meagan during our stay, as I’m sure she would have rushed to help us. We slept with the windows slightly open and it was just as nice.

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for a quiet, peaceful Cape Cod family getaway. Perfect space for group of 4, located on quiet corner of Chatham/cape cod. Very walkable to downtown and lighthouse beach (best beach in cape cod). Julia is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and her local recommendations for visitors were outstanding, especially for first time visitors to CC. Would recommend.

Had to call maintenance for a couple of reasons but responded quickly.

Amazing stay. Didn’t have to get an Uber once, everything was walkable. Brian communicated consistently.

It was a pleasure to work with Carolyn. She provided clear, concise information and instructions for the condo, directions from the main highways, and suggestions for activities in the area. The condo was immaculate and tastefully furnished with very comfortable furniture, and all necessities for meal preparation and dining. The views of the Bass River from the windows were beautiful and added a peaceful dimension to our stay. There are nice restaurants, stores, and other attractions available in the area, all within short distances. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would book this condo again in the future.
