What a beautiful place this is. Enjoyed 4 nights hosted by Emily. This house, much like Manyana itself, is just special. The house was impeccably clean and so many little details were just well and beyond what you normally get in an Airbnb. Often times staying in an airbnb feels a little clinical with low quality and sparsely supplied kitchen gear and budget bedding. Not here. It felt as if Emily stepped away from her house with all her beautiful things and welcomed them them to us which made for a beautiful stay. The house is stocked incredibly well and very stylish. Beds were also extremely comfortable. The beach is literally across the road and your there. I'm not easy to impress but this place did it for me! All the extra suggestions Emily provided such as local places to visit and things to do/see were fantastic as well. Will remember my 4 nights here forever!

We enjoyed a terrific family holiday at Mel and Alana’s place in Vincentia. The house is in a great location, not far from beaches. It’s spacious, with plenty of room and v well set up. Mel and Alana were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Mark's place is near Hyams and Chinaman beaches but it is still peaceful and quiet. The place is clean and have a fully functioning kitchen, enough spaces for the kids to play and a short drive to other beaches and other Shoalhaven must see places. Mark is very responsive to our queries.

The location is unbeatable—just steps from Orion Beach, with stunning ocean views. The house is spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for families, with a games room, kayaks, and bikes for exploring. The manicured gardens and outdoor dining area made it even more special for a great dinner with sunset views. We loved the pet-friendly setup, luxurious bathrooms, and easy access to shops and scenic trails. A truly relaxing escape—we can’t wait to return!

Such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in that you don’t want to leave anymore. That’s how I describe Marty and Candice’s place as it is too good to be true. A trues oasis for someone who’s looking for the calm of the sound of the ocean, close to the beach, and you got everything you needed in this property. My son has been kept entertained with all the board games. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property and the place is spotless clean and truly remarkable.

We had a great stay at Mark and Sandra’s place. The house is very nice and spacious. The description, photos and amenities in the listing are accurate. The kitchen was amazing, there were plenty of pots and pans and kitchen stuff so we had no issues when we prepared our meals. Their place has a very homey ambience. Mark has been very responsive to queries and concerns. We had an issue with the screen door during check in but Mark was able to sort it out asap. We had a very nice stay at their place. We highly recommend their place. Thank you Mark and Sandra for being great hosts!

We were a group of 6 women and we found the home fantastic, close walking to the beach, and short drive to the local shops, beautiful furnishings and excellent kitchen facilities, outside the pool was very welcoming, BBQ and outdoor dining was superb.

This is honestly one of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in – the house is beautifully renovated and looks even more stunning than the photos! Communication with Zoie was great, and the check-in/out process was clear and easy. This house has everything you need for a relaxing stay in beautiful Manyana. We loved lounging around by the pool, and the hot tub was a big highlight. I would highly recommend this Airbnb if you are looking for a relaxing south coast getaway with friends of family!

A great stay at well described and viewed place, featuring all amenities. Huge living areas, very spacious for privacy or inclusions. Fantastic outdoor living area and dining, with excellent clean pool and surrounding garden area. Close to beach location and food options within walking distance. Would recommend and definitely book again.

I stayed at this place for the weekend with a few friends. We had so much fun, the beach was within walking distance and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The house itself was also such a cozy environment. We’d definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is impeccably designed and well appointed, with breathtaking views of the headland and ocean. We brought our 3 year old and found the house to be safe and easy for her to get around and Paul provided a high chair which was great! What I loved most about the property was that it backs onto these lush rolling green hills, so you can literally walk along the headland and down to the sea straight from the back garden. It was great for our toddler who loved playing in the grass and exploring rock pools, with the lovely backdrop of the grassy hills descending to the rocky shoreline. We’d love to return one day!

This place was perfect for our family with kids - spacious, comfortable, and well suited for our needs. We loved everything about it and couldn't find any faults. The hosts were great, and the location was fantastic. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a family-friendly spot. This pad is sensational, great layout, plenty of space to keep all the grommets entertained and break out areas for the adults, epic pool and the team managing the property were all on point, extremely prompt and very efficient. Will book again if we are back in the area for sure!

Great place to stay super clean and private little house with everything you need and walking distance to many beaches and the shops. Plus the games room was great fun.

I booked this house because of its proximity to the White Sands Walk (which goes to Hyams Beach and in the other direction, Vincentia) and for the local beaches and was not disappointed. The house itself is very comfortable and unpretentious. Keyless entry is good so you can go to the beach and not have to take a key. Bedrooms aren’t large but they are cosy. Would definitely come back here.

We’ve enjoyed the place, nice and quiet location, very convenient to the beach and shops. quick response from the host and solved our questions immediately. Perfect entertainment facilities, kids enjoyed the spa too.

We have stayed at this place multiple times now and will stay again when we’re next in Jervis Bay. The house is clean and comfortable, and it’s in a perfect location.

Perfectly located in the middle of all the best places to see and things to do in Jervis Bay! Beautiful easy walks to pristine beaches on the doorstep and only 10 mins drive to Hyams Beach. We were met with a beautiful personal welcome sign and opted for the local wine and cheeseboard on our arrival. The accomodation is very neat and super clean, beds are comfy, and Michelle has considered every little detail to make it a home away from home. To our surprise we were offered an early check in and, due to the rain forecast for the first few days of our stay, a 3pm check out which allowed us to enjoy the sunny day at Hyams beach on our last day for which we were so grateful. Michelle is the perfect host, you will feel spoiled, the accomodation is beautiful, we highly recommend, and we can't wait to come back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jen’s place. The house was beautiful and the view of the ocean was amazing. The house was beautifully clean and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. We’d love to be able to visit again one day.
