Lovely little cottage with beautiful outdoor area!

I’m not sure we have enough words to express what a beautiful place this was! So close to the beach, the front deck was such a peaceful place to be, the cottage itself is SO cute, full of amenities and Katherine and Tyler were phenomenal hosts! Their responses to our questions were beyond quick! We had a girls weekend there and instantly knew as we walked in, we had found “our place” we don’t have 1 critique. Perfection! Thank you thank you for having us! We’ll be back.

This Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The location was stunning, overlooking the water. The Airbnb itself was bright and spacious, with everything you needed to feel right at home. The sunset view was absolutely breathtaking every night and the hot tub was such a nice treat after long days. The only 2 things that could make it even better: First would be having hand towels in the bathrooms (George did tell us we had to bring towels, but we figured he meant bath towels and didn’t think to bring hand towels too). Second, the stairs to the airbnb door are quite steep which was fine for us, but worth making note of if anyone has mobility issues. Also, the private beach access is borderline dangerous, with broken steps and uneven ground. However, it did look like there was construction underway for new stairs, hopefully! Overall, George was great and we loved this place. Looking forward to booking again in the future!

Great experience staying at this cottage. It is by far one of the nicest places on the Huron Shores. The view is spectacular through the huge windows. The house was spotless and clean, and very well appointed. Looked like it was out of a model home. Well stocked with games and things to do. Clean kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. We had a great and relaxing time. Would definitely recommend this cottage. We will absolutely be booking again.

This was a quiet, private, peaceful, and beautiful location. The house was nice with plenty of room for everyone. Being right on the water was what we wanted. The amenities were exactly what we wanted. The heated floors were awesome. Close to a town but still secluded. One thing to be aware of is having to rent linens at $20 per person which nobody expects to travel on vacation with bedsheets and thought it would be something included for the cost. Also, we were warned about the potholes in the road to the house but they were pretty drastic! All in all, would book again and hosts were very attentive.

We had an amazing stay at Mikes air bnb in Grand Bend for my Husbands 30th. The place was wonderful with lots of things to do and a lot of indoor and outdoor space. Mike was more than responsive to us and helped us with any questions we had and made sure everything was working and fixed for us. Him and his wife were super responsive and were able to accommodate us with early check in and late checkout because the place was available the night before and after. This was very kind of them and they did not have to do this. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The most amazing thing about this air bnb is the location , it’s a minute walk from the main strip and had so many extra amenities such as kayaks. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting grand bend. The inside of the place is modern, new and had everything we needed and the outdoor space was equipped with bbqs, outdoor Furniture etc. we would definitely stay again.

A group of girlfriends and I stayed at Andrea’s place for a long weekend and it’s was nothing short of magical. The sunsets, rose on the patio, the beach. We even went into town Saturday night and had the best time! Andrea was kind and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Will 100% be returning to this slice of paradise!

Impeccably maintained property with dedicated parking. Spotless and welcoming throughout, featuring an exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The home felt airy and bright, with charming peek-a-boo views of the town river. A special touch—Bob greeted us with a fresh peony on our first day, which we enjoyed all week long.

Loved this place! It was exactly like the pictures, close to Avon theatre and amazing restaurants. Brendan and Janice were easy to communicate with and very responsive. It was a bit rainy so the location was great that we could pop back to it in between our outings. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication. Great location. Excellent parking. Very clean. Located on the quieter side which was great. One minute walk to south beach which was very quiet and nice. Ten minute walk to main strip, excellent shopping, restaurants and beach.

This was the nicest Air Bnb we have ever stayed at. Very clean and homey. It was fully stocked with all of the things you could think of. It’s beautifully decorated, has lots of towels and blankets available and makes you feel right at home. Nina was super responsive and kind. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose this place when I’m back in the area. This place is a gem!

This is our second year at The Happy House and now we are regulars. Five bedrooms for five women is just perfect as well as both indoor and outdoor spaces to gather. This place is perfect for us. Thank you!

If I could leave an infinite amount of stars I would. My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Wendy is a fast, reliable, and great communicator. We were welcomed with a homemade charcuterie board, wine, and it was so appreciated after a long drive. Her and her husband are some of the most down to earth and genuine people I’ve met, and we are grateful for their kindness and hospitality. They are super knowledgeable about the area and had plenty of recommendations and suggestions so we could make the most out of our trip. The neighbourhood is safe and was easy to locate. The space was clean, easy to navigate and everything we could have needed was provided. We felt at home and never wanted to leave. Signing the guestbook on the way out was a sweet end to an amazing weekend - definitely hope to be back soon! Our first time in Bayfield was a treat and we will remember this weekend forever ❤️ Thank you Wendy and Rocco x

We had a bit of an issue getting into the place because the key wasn't in the lock box and it took awhile to talk to someone who could provide us with a back up. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay. Thank you!

A wonderful place to stay within walking distance of theaters and restaurants. The sun porch was delightful to relax on and the room was beautifully appointed.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The cottage was spotless and well stocked. Brand new appliances and a bbq were an added plus. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and walking down to the beach not far away from the cottage. We will definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful get away at The Pebbles. The location was great and very close to the beach. Catherine is very responsive and assured I was comfortable. The local recommendations were fantastic! The cottage is cozy with a beautiful view of Lake Huron and it's spectacular sunsets.

What a gem! It was extremely clean and I was instantly relaxed. All towels and bed linens felt new and fresh.We found everything we reached for. Not only stocked well but thoughtfully labelled. Shoutout to the decent kitchenware. No chipped teflon and melted flippers here. The mattress in the primary suite made for a great nights sleep. An outdoor toy cupboard was appointed with soccer, football, basketball, frisbee, sidewalk chalk and beach toys to keep us playing outdoors. For our afternoon of rain there were games and puzzles that worked perfectly for our family (2 adults, 6 year old, three year old). We walked, dug and had a fire at the natural beach on site, but personally I was more comfortable for us to swim at the very nearby Point Clark Beach which is groomed. I got everything out of this stay I was seeking: a relaxed, rested, peaceful state of mind, sun on my face, the sound of the waves at every moment and plenty of outdoor time. Spent three days and two nights at this super cute and cozy newer built lake house. The house is a little out of the main town (but only about 5-7 minute drive back into town) in it's own private little neighborhood close to the lake. The path across the street that leads to a nice grassy area to sit and enjoy the lake was great! You couldn't walk to the lake itself from there (too steep), but you probably just want to go into town to the sandy beaches anyway. Fall was a good time to visit as the leaves were beautifully changing colors. The house was super clean, well furnished, and I'd seriously decorate it almost exactly like they did if I had a lake house. My 9 and 12 year old kids enjoyed it as well. We may never come back to Goderich again, (this was sort of a once in a generation trip back to where my dad was born but hadn't been back in over 50 years), but if by chance we do, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Just wish we had a little more time there! Thanks!

We had a wonderful time here! As soon as we entered the house, it smelt clean. The owners clearly work hard to make sure it is top notch for their guests. The beds were also very comfortable. The views are stunning! The access to the beach is approx 100 stairs therefore not accessible but we were able to manage it. My only suggestion is an umbrella for the top deck as the sun gets really hot and there is no shade. 100% recommend staying here. I’d love to book it again.

Chris was a pleasure to deal with, responds very quickly and was so helpful. The property exceeded our expectations, and when it states it’s fully stocked, you better believe it! We brought way too much stuff that we didn’t even need, cause this place had it all!! Super clean, gorgeous views, and the neighbours so nice and friendly. Would have been a perfect weekend if Edmonton would have won that hockey game last night, but that’s not Chris’s fault😅. Would love to stay again in the future. Great experience!

We really loved our stay at Dalton’s place. House was very clean, cute and cozy. The property has quick access to the beach and the sunset views and night sky are amazing. Loved the fire pit and hot tub. Quick drive to bay field pier for fishing. Amazing stay!

We had a great time and will visit again! The house is clean, beautifully furnished and is in a great location. Dan is a great host, very responsive and a good communicator, he kept in touch throughout our stay. Location is fantastic with the beach area just a 3 mins walk and plenty of shops and restuarants within a 4 mins drive. Morning walks were scenic and it was lovely to pass the lake, the boats at the docks and stop by for coffee at the quaint coffee shop, the Cottage Cafe. The house is tastefully furnished. As soon as you enter inside, you see an impressive living room area with tall ceilings and high windows. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. There is a covered sunroom overlooking a green area of trees, a nice area to lounge and read. Main level has one bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. 3 bedrooms upstairs with one full washroom. The third full washroom is in the basement that has a family room, a playroom with a pool table, which we enjoyed!
