Cabin holiday rentals in Huntsville

Brenda, Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to rent grits! We had a great time even though we had a good bit of rain. Your place was beautiful! The trails were great especially since you could jump on the trail within minutes! Thank you for being so responsive to any issues that I had due to the storms! The whole house generator was a savior!!! The pictures of your place don’t do it justice! It was perfect.

We absolutely loved the cabin! We were looking for something private, a little off the beaten path, and with that campy, unique vibe—and this place delivered. The cabin itself is super charming and has one of the biggest hot tubs we've ever seen at an Airbnb. There's also a great fire pit setup outside, which we really enjoyed. There’s a small body of water on the property, though it didn’t have much water in it during our stay, so we didn’t spend much time there. But we had a great time exploring the trails around the property and cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. The grill was in great shape too, so we made good use of that. One of our favorite things was just sitting out on the deck, soaking in the peaceful setting and privacy. The beds were comfortable, and it ended up being a super restful getaway for everyone. The hosts were also kind enough to offer us a late checkout, which was a really nice touch. All around, an amazing stay!

The A Frame was adorable. Wartburg has several historical buildings and beautiful surroundings. There are little shops with local goods. MoCo Brewing had friendly and knowledgeable staff. They let you try their different beers. They have two gluten free choices. There is a drive through or sit down coffee shop. There is a cute ice cream and soda shoppe restaurant. All within walking distance. The IGA Grocery and Walgreens are also in walking distance. Even though we were in the heart of downtown, it was very peaceful. At night, we sat in the hot tub and watched the fireflies dance. The back and sides have a high wooden privacy fence. The people in the town wave and welcome you to their town. You have multiple state parks, waterfalls, and hiking trails all within a few miles. Brushy Mountain Distillery and tour of the old prison is worth the money. You do have to drive out of town a short distance to Petros. There was so much to do that we didn’t get to everything we wanted to..

Great access to the trails. Didn’t have to worry about our stuff. Very private area very quiet. Will be staying again when we come back to ride.

A delightful stay in every respect! The one thing that impressed me most is how the hosts have designed this cabin (including front porch and large back deck) with every inch of space inviting comfortable use and relaxation. It is a bit of an architectural gem in that it's more than just "cozy" and clean; it positively invites you to settle into the space and relax. This was especially valuable for me as a solo traveler seeking peace in nature and a comfortable space to read and reflect. It was quite hot when I was there so the A/C in the remote control coupled with the ceiling fans were fantastic. Oliver was great in communication. One last thing: I did not use the hot tub (shame on me!), and this review would be just as positive as one for the same cabin without the hot tub. Thank you, Oliver and Amy, for a great stay!

Orchard Mountain view is a great option for a mid-size crew looking to explore the local area in and around Ride Royal, Tackett creek. Home is thought out well and appropriately equipped. Great views from the rear deck of home. Would be phenomenal during the fall months. Was very comfortable four our party of six. Would definitely consider it again if we return to this area to ride. Driveway was able to handle our equipment trailer with some creative driving. I would like to see a regular propane grill instead of a blackstone but that is just my preference to BBQ. Did have visits a couple nights from local wildlife so it is necessary to appropriately store trash. I think a steel trash encloser would be a nice addition. Would just have to be creative as how to make it blend into the beautiful surroundings.

Thomas beautiful and peaceful. I loved that it was tucked back away in the woods! I would have loved to have been able to use the outdoor accommodations but there was so much pollen all over everything it would have taken us so much time to attempt to clean it up! Other than that it was just absolutely wonderful and comfortable and cozy!

This is the second time we have booked with host. Coleen had always been very responsive and provides very detailed instructions!!! We love her place and it fits our needs perfectly!

The cabin was as advertised and then some! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a cozy stay at an air bnb. It even smelled like home. We spent a lot of time on the private back deck. Our son loved feeding the horses. 10/10 experience that left us wanting to book again!

We really enjoyed our stay. My son loved the loft, and my dogs loved the fenced in backyard. We enjoyed the fire pit and seeing all the people riding horses in the neighborhood. Great proximity to lots of beautiful hiking trails!

If you enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors and a quiet setting,look no further. The host set out a large compliment of at homefeatures. Did you forget foul for the bbq. No worries, the cabin is a fully functional home as is. If quiet front porch sitting like us. This is your little slice of heaven. Btw there is train watching on the property.

Kitchen well stocked, neighborhood was quiet, and the house was comfortable. Yard was fully fenced and reinforced, our dogs loved it.

We enjoyed our time at Ride the Line. The cabin had everything that we needed for our stay. There was plenty of room for our group to stay in the cabin and also plenty of driveway room to park two gooseneck trailers. Close to multiple trails and the owner was knowledgeable of the trials. If we had any questions the owner was very responsive and helpful.

We checked in late, and they were very accommodating. Very clean, great view!

We had our honeymoon at the cabin for a week, and it was perfect! The coziness and character of the place was just what we wanted. The access to the lake was easy, the all window porch overlooking the lake was beautiful, and the inside fireplace was so romantic. It’s so peaceful here all you hear are the sounds of Norris Lake. It’s an older cabin, but it is renovated just enough to give you the modern amenities while still keeping its charm. And don’t forget the dock! It was AMAZING. We cannot wait to go back 🩵

This was our second stay. We went with some family we had an amazing time and made life time memories. This place scenery is something one would wish to wake up and view every day. It’s so peaceful and quiet. It’s like you live on a farm and have the place to your self. The pond won’t let you down as it has a lot of bass that are healthy and we caught some large mouth’s that weighed 5 lb plus. You can read my other review, but if want a different kind of vacation something outside the box this is the place. Sara is an amazing host. She super accommodating will help you in any way she can to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

This place was amazing! So relaxing we loved the horses!!! The outside are was beautiful all though there was a burn ban which we totally understand we are from Asheville we still sat on the outdoor swings and had a relaxing evening after a great day a Windrock. I can’t wait till we can come again.

We had a great family filled weekend here and plan on making it a yearly deal for us and hope to stay here again. Beautiful cabin , we all felt so at home. Great location to anything you need or want. We rode Windrock Offroad park in our jeeps and had a blast. The back yard is heavenly with a beautiful creek and plenty of space for our dogs to run. Definitely one of our favs so far 😊
