Holiday rentals with a patio in Hunstanton

Absolutely beautiful, spacious and immaculate apartment. The location was just brilliant, right above the arcades (which you couldn’t hear at all, surprisingly!) and just so close to the sea, can see it within seconds of walking out of the accommodation. We loved staying here, everything was so modern, very uncluttered and had everything we needed. Also one of the comfiest sofas we have ever sat on! The bathroom was lovely, very clean and great to have the option of the shower or the lovely deep bath to use. The outside area was a real treat to have in the sun, and again such a surprise at how quiet it was given how close you are to the hustle and bustle from the arcades and busy street below. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Brilliant apartment on a quiet street only a few moments walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and sea front. Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, had everything we needed as a family of 4 with young children.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dormy House! Hugo was super responsive and friendly from first contact. The directions were easy to follow and very straightforward to access the property which is so delightful! We immediately felt at home in this spacious apartment set in an expansive private garden visited regularly by munjac deer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater which indeed we did - enjoying the long evenings eating al fresco. We did several walks from the house along the coastal path and down to the incredible sandy beach. And we appreciated the availability of a nice bath to soak in too! Trips to RSPB Titchwell, Hunstanton, Walsingham and Blakeney - all within very easy reach. We can't comment on local eateries as we didn't sample them, but Ronaldo's Norfolk ice cream available from the beach shack is amazing! Thank you Hugo & Taya for allowing us to stay in this very special place!

Paul and Elaine were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was comfortable and we slept very well on both evenings. The surroundings were beautiful and we were close enough to local amenities and attractions if travelling by car.

A lovely apartment, approx 5 minutes walk into the centre of Cromer. The apartment was very spacious, bigger than I expected and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome pack including pastries, Buck’s Fizz, milk , fruit etc. It has quality furnishings and is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. Super American style fridge freezer in the large kitchen/diner and a lovely comfy king size bed in the large bedroom. Jean was very responsive and on hand if needed. This was definitely one of the best apartments I have stayed in, I will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommended. Thank you Jean.

We stayed at The Loft for three nights over the weekend while I was live illustrating at a wedding at Oxnead Hall—and it couldn't have been more perfect! The location is fantastic: peaceful, beautifully presented, and just a short walk to the sea with scenic trails nearby. The accommodation itself is stunning—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The lovely welcome treats were such a kind touch and really appreciated after a long day. If you're thinking about booking, don't hesitate. This place is an absolute gem—we loved every minute!

We had a great stay at the flat - it was exactly as described but the photos didn't do it justice - it's huge! It had everything you could possibly need and the bed was very comfortable. It's in a great location and we visited many other towns and villages along the coast during our stay. There was an allocated parking space which was helpful as we didn't have to drive around looking for a somewhere to park when we returned after our days out! Mark was really friendly and helpful when checking us in. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Norfolk again and would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at Daisy’s. Fallon had thought of everything we could possibly need, even a hose & dog towels for sandy, muddy woofties! She was super responsive both before & during our stay, and was keen to receive any ideas/feedback to improve future client experience. Would definitely recommend, and hope to visit again!

We had a lovely stay here with my family (8 adults/4 couples, 1 toddler & 2 dogs - there was an extra fee for the second dog). It was spacious and very clean and tidy, with a lovely large dining table and comfortable sofas. Each couple had their own room and bathroom, with more space than we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and includes children’s plates and a high chair. Very close to the seafront and town, easy to park on the street. We are hoping to visit again next year!

Our second visit, and the barn and surroundings were beautiful in spring! Particularly enjoyed watching the sunset over the meadow at the back with a drink. Thanks Hannah for a great stay

We (3 adults, 2 kids) had a very pleasant stay. The contemporary property was clean, bright and airy and very welcoming. We would definitely consider staying again.

Tara’s home was beautiful! Tara answered all of our questions quickly and was so helpful. We had the best stay here :)

Tommy was a fab host. Communication was great and really fast - especially when I couldn’t figure out the oven and dinner was at risk lol. He was really thoughtful organising a cushion to be posted to us for the high chair. Definitely a host to recommend.

100% Recommend Olive House! We had an amazing stay at Olive House — it’s beautifully decorated with a luxurious and comfortable feel throughout. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. Lovely place. Really close to a vast beach, and close to Sandringham. Very well equipped kitchen with a good coffee machine and cooker, comfortable beds, and a lovely garden. The decor was good and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We loved our stay in Eleanors accomodation. Easy to find. Welcomed by Katherine on arrival slightly earlier than scheduled. The apartment is only 5 mins from the town centre and an easy walk from railway and bus stop. The place was perfect for a short stay or longer if you wish. We particularly enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace. We would and have recommended 21a to friends.

We enjoyed 3 nights at the tutor apartment. This property has beautiful old windows and high ceilings. The apartment is much more spacious than expected from the pictures and nicely presented. It has a lovely breakfast table near the windows in the kitchen and a court yard off the bedroom with seating. We had everything we needed, the washer was helpful and the large bath, with a boy covered in sand. The beach was about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on which route you took. We enjoyed lovely meals and drinks near the apartment. There is a park across the road with sea views and a lovely cafe. The beds were comfy and the seating in the lounge area. You could hear the birds singing with the door open. We travelled on the train to explore other areas. The apartment has everything you need and the hosts were just right and helpful were needed. The apartment is small but well equipped and in a great location within easy walking distance of the city centre and cathedral. Jemma was very helpful.

Would definitely stay here again. Can highly recommend the Annexe at no.9. Well laid out interior with great facilities and equipped to a high standard. Really appreciated the full bowl of coffee pods and food and drink staples on arrival. The private garden is secluded, quiet and well kept, ideal to relax in. Very well situated for Cambridge City centre and amenities, all within easy reach either by car or bus. A definite 10/10 for us.

A very nice stay! Felicity is a great host who is very kind and responsive! The location is very convenient, which is just about 15 mind to the city centre. This time I came here to attend my PhD graduation ceremony, I don't know when I will be here next time but I know I will choose This place once again!

We had an excellent stay in a wonderful little city. Situated by the Great River Ouse, added to a perfect break. Ann has thought of everything inside the accommodation to make a care free, comfortable and enjoyable holiday. We highly recommend the property and beautiful location.
