Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Hunmanby

We had a great stop over in York. Ben’s place is super close to everything and an easy walk into the city centre. The flat was spacious and very clean. It was such a bonus having a free parking spot. Highly recommend, we would stay again.

We stayed on a bank holiday and it was honestly one of the most beautiful and comfortable places we have stayed. The bed was so comfortable and we slept amazing! The location is so easy to find and was right near everything which made it so easy to go to places. Parking was perfect and meant we didn’t have to worry about parking and could just leave the car and go and explore.The hosts were so friendly and easy to contact however we didn’t have an any problems while staying which made our trip even better. The apartment was spotless and designed beautifully but the view from the living room made it even better as we could see the castle and beach. We would definitely recommend booking here!

Apartment was gorgeous. 3 big bedrooms with tvs. Huge living area with gorgeous kitchen that had everything. 2 modern bathrooms. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Parking at back of property big enough for 2 cars. Also an electric charge point if needed. Little court yard area to sit out in when weather nice. Nice park over the road and apartment next to a COOP grocery store. Chinese take away on same road. 15 min walk into York which is easy to walk. Loads of car parks if you prefer to drive. York is well worth a visit. Loads to do and see. Tons of restaurants including a few good traditional Indian/nepalese which didn’t disappoint. We came with our kids age 21 and 15 and two of their friends. Would definitely stay again maybe before Xmas as York is one of the best Xmas markets we’ve been to in the past. Host was responsive and everything about the apartment was perfect. The key lock box made it easy to check in. Would highly recommend we had a great time thank you 🤩

Extremely clean with a great location. Carole was very helpful and fast to respond. The location is great for walkable distances to the city centre and attractions. Gated apartment meant we felt safe and our car was secure. Carole was also generous with items left in the apartment for use. Very much appreciated and would stay here again.

We had a lovely two night stay in Clare's Penthouse apartment. The view was nice across the rooftops making everything light and airy. A perfect place to return to after a busy day exploring York. We came by train and the shortcut to the apartment was excellent. Thank you Clare for keeping in touch, being so flexible and for the lovely treats you left for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Carolyn’s place in York, a brilliant apartment, well equipped and such a perfect location, just a few minutes from the centre walking. Carolyn was great with any questions we had and her instructions/directions were all super clear, thank you!!

The apartment was comfortable, tastefully decorated, very clean, fully equipped, and was perfect for our short stay. The welcome pack was a lovely thoughtful touch. Also the clear directions received from the Host were very helpful and were needed to navigate to the property due to traffic calming measures. The apartment was in a perfect location to walk into York City Centre which took about 15 minutes. The parking on site was excellent. I would highly recommend this apartment and Hosts.

Ben’s property is a gem. In a perfect location and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The property was clean and spacious. Absolutely ideal for our family of 4 adults. Ben and Alison communicated brilliantly and helped us out with a couple of questions we had. Would highly recommend. Thanks for letting us stay.

What a fantastic place to stay! The accommodation was very clean and tidy, with great attention to detail. Everything was well presented and very comfortable. The location was perfect, with views of the sea from the balconies in both bedrooms. The property had a lovely little outdoor space, perfect for a morning coffee (or an evening glass of wine!) We had a super few days and would certainly recommend it to others, or visit again ourselves.

Gilbertson cottage was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The house was immaculate and just completely breath taking. We came on a Hen do & just could not get over how unreal every single aspect of the house was. It made our whole weekend. It was everything and more that we could have asked for & I couldn’t be more grateful. We’ve already spoke about a few of us coming back with our partners and children! What a beautiful place. Sharon was a great host and was in touch with us both before and during our trip. There was off road parking available and the use of an electric car charger was a real bonus. The property was very clean, tidy and set in a lovely well kept garden. We did two really nice walks following a Nth York’s Moor Railway trail, and a track to Thornton Le Dale and back. The property is within a 5 minute walk of the centre of Pickering where there are lots of nice pubs and restaurants.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect just a short distance from the city centre, with nice view over a small park. The house was clean and the communication for check in/out was clear. Would recommend for a group trip to York!

If Louis would have us, we would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to the beach with a little cafe. Garden was all enclosed from the wind so it was gorgeous lounging in the sun. Really beautiful house so the whole family just had a very chilled weekend.

Excellent location and beautiful, comfortable accommodations. I don’t think the photos actually do it justice as it is really a very elegant place. Very easy walk to the Minster and everything else of interest in York. Very comfortable beds and modern facilities and appliances. Great communication by the host and all around super experience!

Beautiful accommodation just right for two with everything we needed. Very new and modern bathroom - lovely big, fluffy towels - and a super king-size bed. Well-equipped kitchen, dining table and cosy lounge area made for perfect accommodation. Rachel’s instructions were very clear and she always responded immediately to queries, both online and by phone. The EV charger was a real bonus. Can heartily recommend the Milking Parlour and hope we might have the opportunity to stay there again.

Modern , comfy, clean and well furnished apartment in a gated block. The apartment is on the doorstep of many York attractions and we easily walked to York Minster, The Shambles, Railway Museum and other tourist hotspots. There are a couple of restaurants very close and a Sainsburys local which was useful. Marian communicated clearly replying promptly and was able to offer us a slightly earlier check in to suit our train arrival time which was appreciate as were the arrival snacks. Would recommend to friends.

Really great stay, apartment was exactly as listed an was perfect for a famil stay over the weekend. The rooms had air con which made a big difference comfort wise. Location was great, an easily walkable into the centre, with great views of York Minster. All instructions and interactions with Rebbeca were great. Would happily recommend this for someone looking to stay!
