Excellent standard of accommodation and as anticipated. Only issue was parking confusing and unclear but support was available when needed from Robert. Now we know would use again if visiting area.

This was our first time at Airbnb. Upon finding Rebecca and Rowans home in Filey which was our choice of destination to get our whole family together for a surprise birthday weekend for my husband. From the booking, it was such a straight forward process. Our interaction with Rebecca & Rowan was a delight. Friendly, accommodating and quick responses. You were a little worried it would be too small for all of us, but we found your home beautifully decorated and the layout perfectly large enough for us all. We had a brilliant weekend and loved the accommodation. It had everything we needed. Rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect too, central Filey just minutes from the beach. We would highly recommend this Airbnb. We found the whole experience straightforward and perfect. We stayed on a bank holiday and it was honestly one of the most beautiful and comfortable places we have stayed. The bed was so comfortable and we slept amazing! The location is so easy to find and was right near everything which made it so easy to go to places. Parking was perfect and meant we didn’t have to worry about parking and could just leave the car and go and explore.The hosts were so friendly and easy to contact however we didn’t have an any problems while staying which made our trip even better. The apartment was spotless and designed beautifully but the view from the living room made it even better as we could see the castle and beach. We would definitely recommend booking here!

really good location for exploring scarborough and surrounding area apartment very well equipped and clean warm and comfortable great brunch at the Rowan Tree lodge and enjoyed our christmas markets at whitby and york on our way home will definitely return and finally Cara a brilliant host who not only answered our questions promptly but checked several times that we were ok 5 star

This is our second stay at low tide, stayed in 2023 and it was as beautiful as it was then! Super clean, gorgeous decor, great little courtyard and lovely little touches for the doggy (dog bowls, blanket)! Hosts were very quick to respond to any messages! Great location, 2 mins to the beach, private parking you coudnt ask for anymore! Will be back again 100%

This was perfect for our short stay - very central indeed; we were a mere 40 steps (I counted) to the chocolate shop and only a short walk to the beach. The apartment was bob on: comfy, relaxing and welcoming, with everything we needed for a weekend. Sue was really quick and helpful when responding to our occasional enquiries. Although there is no parking space outside the property, this really is not a problem at all - plentiful street parking could be found five minutes' walk away, and we were there on a busy and sunny weekend. We popped into the pub opposite on the evening - this was a friendly and vibrant place and we enjoyed the live music. Back in the apartment, it was quiet and restful. As for Filey itself - it's a delight, it's got a really relaxed and happy buzz, and a fab place to spend a couple of days. Am really sorry it's over so quick!

Joanne’s place is very comfortable and just a short walk from the village centre. The breakfast in the cafe on site was delicious. Joanne was very welcoming. We will stay again when back in the area.

Our family of three had a great stay at Lottie’s place. Lovely flat a suitable walking distance from the town centre. Had everything we needed and all check-in instructions were spot on.

I stayed at Abbie’s place for 12 weeks whilst working in Hull and it genuinely felt like a home away from home! Abbie was extremely helpful throughout, always responding promptly and being flexible to suit my needs. The flat was beautiful - modern and clean with all the amenities you need. Great location on a busy street full of things to do, but not too loud at the same time. No complaints, would love to stay again if I’m ever in Hull.

Great location with stunning views over the golden sands and out to sea, the beach is private and is accessed within 2 minutes via some steps at the end of the gardens or a few minutes in the other direction via an accessible boat ramp. The beach is fab here, its fairly quiet and great for dogs, about a 45 minute walk into Bridlington or 20 mins the other way to Fraisthorpe. Very spacious accommodation with everything you could need. Lovely big lounge and outdoor sitting areas to the front and rear to make the most of the sun.

Absolutely stunning views from this lovely apartment. We stayed midweek and out of season and were blessed with good weather. The sitting room has fantastic views out to sea. The bedrooms have sea views too and the sunrise view is beautiful. The apartment is clean and peaceful - we heard no noise from any neighbours at all. The beds were comfy; plenty of storage space and all the kitchen equipment needed. The shower is powerful and hot water plentiful. The location is tremendous for food and drink. The pub is very close and welcoming and the food very good. We also ate at Fish Cottage and Estbek House - both fantastic. No shop in walking distance but a very good Lidl less than 10 minutes drive away. The highlights for us were the walks from right outside the door (Cleveland Way, Mulgrave Woods including castle) and the public transport (2 buses an hour in either direction from right outside). Parking space right across the road (designated). Strongly recommend!!

Nice and exceptionally clean flat, smells nice too. The place looks better than the photos. Kitchen facilities is a bonus. Has washing machine but very noisy, i thought itwas gong to explode! We did not use it again. But only minor thing to complain about. 2 teenagers with us and loved their stay. Surely a home away from home but still having that on holiday feeling . Pet friendly but look really clean and no dog smell nor hairs to be seen. Quiet, very clean and beautiful neighborhood. Good faciliities. Pool and gym free with a pass provided by the host. Need to book the tennis and archery in advance. Walking distance to a clean beach. We walked towards the Filey promenade which is about 30 to 45 minutes. Highly recommended and will come back again.

We had a lovely few days at The Sands, lovely apartment, it had everything you would need, amazing views and fantastic location.

Anne is an excellent host and the flat was perfect, I didn’t want for anything. 😊 The location was perfect for seeing all of Scarborough on foot and the neighbours were friendly in passing. There’s a chip shop, burger/kebab place plus some local convenience stores very close by. (And the buses and trains are nearby if you want to venture further). I highly recommend this host and her property 🤩

Great place to stay for our friends hen party.. appears like a house in the pics but its actually an apartment with a lovely outdoor terrace and hot tub. Spoke to host who advised us to pull up and offload the car outside the property, and then move to suitable places to park nearby. Great place for a weekend with friend, had everything we needed

My wife and I had an amazing 2 night stay. Great location and fabulous views. The Hot tub was superb, we were lucky enough to catch two beautiful sunsets. Whitby centre is only a small walk away, with loads to do. Will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay in this very comfortable apartment. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need for a perfect stay. The close proximity to the sea and access to the spa area made it extra special. I would definitely recommend.

The apartment was beautiful well maintained Nice touch with cupcakes waiting in the kitchen Pool sauna and Hottub was a massive bonus

Had a great few days here. Comfy beds & cozy duvets were almost too tempting to leave. Place was clean and as described. Easy check-in & check-out.
