Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

This was a very beautiful Airbnb! Very clean, and a lovely decor, with many thoughtful details from the owner (who is also an artist). We also loved the refreshing and wonderful café downstairs, with healthy Hungarian dishes— the perfect place to relax after days of traveling. Our hostess was very warm and welcoming. We’d give it 10 stars if we could!

Everything was perfect, we had everything we needed. Communication was well with the host.

The apartment is bright, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need including secure underground parking. It’s conveniently located close to public transport, making it easy to get into the city center. The check-in instructions were clear and thorough, and also appreciated the helpful local tips and recommendations for things to do nearby. Andrea was kind, responsive, and made everything smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place and would be happy to return!

The condo was wonderful and as described. Beautiful views, clean, well equipped and we felt right at home. Peter went beyond to accommodate us and was very responsible. Among the many AirBnB around the world we stayed at this is one of our favorite. It truly felt home and we look forward to coming back. :)

Jonathan and Andras were the perfect hosts. They were so easy to communicate with thru the whole process of reservation to check in, questions during stay and check out. They take much pride in their flat. It was spotless clean, very comfortable bedding and large bath towels. Their location was perfect if you’re visiting both Buda and Pest side. The flat was very quiet although there were trams that went by but didn’t bother us at all. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Budapest! Thank you again!

Norbert's place is exactly as described. Its in a very good location - walkable to all the restaurants, cafes, and attractions. It's very clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Your windows look out onto a beautiful tree lined street with a canal. We absolutely loved Esztergom and when we come back, we will definitely book Norbert's place again. Teresa & Ed 🇨🇦

Зручне розташування, чисто, легко знайти - детальні інструкції. Автентичні меблі трохи дають запах, та це не заважає перебуванню в апартаментах. Допомога від господарів з будь-якими питаннями: де поїсти о 12 ночі, де є камери схову для багажу, до що подивитись вдень, і куди точно варто сходити. Лишились тільки позитивні враження.

Eine super Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht. Die letzten Meter der Anfahrt waren etwas schwieriger, da es keine richtige Straße mehr war, sondern ein steiniger Weg. Hat trotzdem alles gut funktioniert. Den schönen Garten mit Sauna und Whirlpool konnten wir wirklich genießen!

We hadden een superleuke, aangename vakantie in deze prachtige villa. Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust, heeft een mooi terras en een prachtige tuin met veel bomen, die de nodige verkoeling geven tijdens de warme zomerdagen. (de airco's op de slaapkamers zijn ook een grote meerwaarde) Het rustige strand ligt om de hoek (ca. 200m) en met de bolderkar neem je met gemak al je strandgerief mee. Te voet of met de fiets ben je zo in het centrum bij de bakker, kleine supermarkt of restaurant. Een absolute aanrader om het Balaton en deze mooie streek te ontdekken.

Alina nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt! Nagyon egyszerű volt az érkezés és távozás! A szállás jól felszerelt és tiszta. Kellemesen éreztük magunkat.

Sehr süße kleines Häuschen! Tipp topp sauber und tolle Garten. Nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Schlüsselübergabe war auch reibungslos. Wir hatten 5 schöne Tage im Haus verbracht. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!

A beautiful spot where you can swim in the lake! it was very very clean and modern inside and the hospitality was incredible as they helped us with some transportation during our stay!

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

We had a great time at the lovely house. The lake and a really nice beach is only a few minutes walk away. There are some hiking/running routes in the forest close to the house. We enjoyed the terrace a lot. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication was easy. We would definitely come again. :)

Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt im Apartment. Die Betten sind sehr gut und das Bad zweckmässig.

Magnifique séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé avec un contact facile avec Peter que je remercie pour son relationnel et sa bienveillance. Budapest est magnifique. Les transports en communs et les commerces sont très proches du logement.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect - right next to the central market hall, beautiful 10min walk to Gellert thermal baths, and close to public transportation. It is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator so keep in mind for carrying luggage up. It was exceptionally clean and the air conditioning was a huge plus given that there are very few Airbnbs with AC.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu , wszystko zgodne z opisem , wrażenia przebywając na tarasie są nie do opisania, mieszkanie bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone a kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry , odrazu odpowiada na wiadomości. Auto posiadało swoje przypisane miejsce parkingowe więc duży plus , osiedle niezwykle spokojne i ludzie mieszkający na nim bardzo mili. Podsumowując na podstawie własnego doświadczenia zdecydowanie polecam , mieszkanie jest położone w pięknym miejscu , gospodarz bardzo miły, mam nadzieję że jeszcze będę miał okazję tu powrócić.

This is one of the best places my family and I have ever stayed. Our children, ages 7 and 2, felt right at home playing with the toys. The view was amazing as well. Nora was a fantastic host with great communication. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone with children, or just anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing place.

We loved the location and the modern apartment with the beautiful river view. The apartment has a large, well equipped kitchen, and a quiet bedroom with a king size bed with a comfy mattress. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, everything went smooth, we plan to return next year too.

We loved our stay here the location was fabulous very close to basilica and transport but also an easy walk to many sites and restaurants. Accommodation is like old world charm just like the pictures. Nice and spacious for a family of 4. Be sure to visit bar9 for great coffee just a few doors away.
