Cottage holiday rentals in Hungary

We spent a fantastic week in the house. The place is in the middle of nature with many birds and butterflies. The house itself is fully furnished and feels very comfortable. From the house, we have made several beautiful walks. Communication with the host was excellent and easy. We felt completely at home. Let me not forget the wonderful jacuzzi.

The house was perfect in every way. It was suitable for 4 adults with two small children: well-equipped kitchen, clean yard, toys, quiet location .

My family and I had a great time at Kata and Peter's house. The listing is meticulously furnished, clean, and has a wide variety of toys for children. The garden is very nice, we loved the hot tub. The view from the terrace is beautiful, we loved having the morning coffee there, watching the sunrise. The bikes can be used, we have toured the area, there are many nice sights. Thanks for having us.

Really nice and comfortable summer house with everything you might need. Spacious - it was way bigger than we needed. Great terrace, view and green surroundings. Perfect for families with 1-2 children or small groups of friends.

A very lovingly furnished small house to feel good. Everything is fine - as described. I was also very kindly welcomed. I also especially liked that the small house inside was always cool around 30-32 degrees despite external heat.... although I didn't have air conditioning on. Gladly again and again. Thank you very much.

My daughter was delighted and said that she would like to live in this house forever. And I can't leave a better review about this place.

We had a very nice pre-long weekend at Peter and Elle's place. The view is spectacular and the whole are is calm and peaceful, it was perfect for an unwind. The house is small but tidy and cosy. It was perfect for the two of us. Thanks for the stay, Peter and Elle!

If I could give a higher rating I would definitely do that. Peaceful, beautiful landscapes, direct access to water and dog friendly. Our dog felt immediately like at home. Amazing place to run away from city noises. Zsolt is a top notch host - responsive, friendly and made sure that our stay is excellent at any time. THANK YOU! Will definitely return. Would love to see that place in winter ❄️☃️

Our stay was fine. After the hustle and bustle of Budapest, we were looking for a quiet area. The distance to Lake Balaton may be a bit more remote. But for us that was fine for now. We'd love to come back.

We stayed at Beata's placed with family and friends. It's a very lovely house situated in a small village. The public beach and some small restaurants are walkable distance, same as the train station. Highly recommended place, I would go back.

Very nice old fashion village house . The house was very big and very clean , the garden was beautiful . Mate's mother explained everything and was a very nice and helpful woman . Thank you for everything !!!

We stayed at Marti’s with my family (3 kids and 5 adults) and had an amazing time! Marti is lovely, the house is beautiful, clean and well equipped and the area is gorgeous. We look forward to coming again!

We had a lovely stay! Quiet place in the middle of the vineyards overlooking Lake Balaton. Good communication with the host who is also a winemaker and where we can taste his wine (delicious!).

Very kind host, kind. He arranged bikes for us for the whole day. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of coastal towns. Recommended.

János welcomed us so warmly that any language barriers disappeared instantly. We quickly found two ways to communicate smoothly, and he showed us everything we needed. The house was even more beautiful than in the pictures – they truly don’t do it justice. Waking up and jumping into the lake in the early morning, hearing the birds, grilling in the evening – it felt like a dream come true. We felt incredibly comfortable, surrounded by nature, and János was always helpful. We’d love to come back, and next time for a longer stay. If you’re planning a trip to Budapest – skip the city and come straight here. It’s absolutely worth it. Thank you, János!

There is a kind of loving tranquility from the entire estate, the ideal choice for relaxation. After a bike ride, we rested nicely in the jacuzzi, took a sauna and walked in the garden. The apartments are almost frighteningly stylish. :) It was a special pleasure to get to know the host and his two cats during our rest. We are already looking for the time to return. :)
