I can recommend this nice house for your rest e with a family or with friends. It has beautiful garden and barbecue zone, private entrance, place for parking. The kitchen was fully equipped. The owner was pretty friendly and took care about everything.

We had an amazing stay at Eva’s place with our family! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable living spaces. The kids absolutely loved the selection of toys, which kept them entertained throughout our stay, and the big garden was a perfect spot for them to run around and enjoy the outdoors. The location was fantastic as well—everything we needed was close by, from shops to parks, making it super convenient for our family. Eva was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with kids or looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway.

Great house with lots of amenities in quiet area about 40 minutes to Budapest. We stayed in off-season so lots of things nearby closed but not a problem. Zsolt is a very gracious host, he actually met us to show us around and he was very quick to answer questions and to help out. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We had a great time at the lovely house. The lake and a really nice beach is only a few minutes walk away. There are some hiking/running routes in the forest close to the house. We enjoyed the terrace a lot. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication was easy. We would definitely come again. :)

The house was spacious and very clean, which made our stay super comfortable. I also really enjoyed the beautiful garden — it was such a nice place to relax. The host was very friendly and welcoming, which made everything even better. I would definitely love to stay here again

Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

We enjoyed staying with Eva very much. The apartment is very cozy and it has everything you need. A highlight was the fireplace in the garden. The kids were happy about the toys in the apartment. We were able to do in the area.

All worked as expected. Trams, buses in front of the house, stores in walking distance.

Very cosy, peaceful and quiet apartment. Perfect for people who look for time off work and enjoy the nature. Brigitta, our host, is a lovely and helpful person. She didn't say no to any of my request. Loved it.

Great property to stay. Everything looks pretty new. Host provided us bicycles and it made exploring the neighbouring villages easy. We were also picked up and dropped from the railway station. Kitchen was well equipped and contained essentials. We paid an extra tourist tax of 550 HUF per person/day. We also paid extra for the coffee pods we consumed.

We loved this suite! Easy to find just off main route in town. Easy free parking. Close to grocery stores and the main bike path. Dezso is a great communicator. He suggested places to see and eat. His place had quality bikes which we used during our stay. He had lots of extras including maps, books, a fully equipped kitchen with a full fridge and freezer, treats and a washing machine. He even had pool noodles for Lake Heviz. There is an elevator to the suite. It is a few blocks to the beach and Lake Balaton. The suite felt very secure. We highly recommend Dezso’s place!

Outstanding location right by the beach and numerous restaurants; however, the condo is over 2 kilometers away from the train station. Likewise, the nearest grocery store is over a kilometer walk uphill. However, there is a bus stop close by. The beds were not very comfortable, especially the pull-out bed. Some important kitchen supplies were missing - such as a cutting board. The balcony is large with lots of shade, which makes for a nice outdoor dining experience. The condo offers some smart technology features to include remote control blinds. The host was responsive with all communications in English. If you are a beach lover wanting a quiet location at night, this condo is an excellent choice.

Beautiful views, a beautifully decorated house, an island of recharge and tranquility awaited us. The terraces always have sun and shady space that you just want. This is the place we needed now.

János welcomed us so warmly that any language barriers disappeared instantly. We quickly found two ways to communicate smoothly, and he showed us everything we needed. The house was even more beautiful than in the pictures – they truly don’t do it justice. Waking up and jumping into the lake in the early morning, hearing the birds, grilling in the evening – it felt like a dream come true. We felt incredibly comfortable, surrounded by nature, and János was always helpful. We’d love to come back, and next time for a longer stay. If you’re planning a trip to Budapest – skip the city and come straight here. It’s absolutely worth it. Thank you, János!

Ákos and Georgina are very friendly. We met at the property, they showed us the house and garden. Everything was clean and ready for us. there is nice lake close to the house , so we had nice walks with our dogs . If we are coming again to this area ,we would like to book this house again . Adrienn is a very kind and helpful landlord, and the communication with her was seamless throughout. Our stay was a very neat, cozy and comfortable house with all the equipment provided for a pleasant stay. The garden was kept beautifully tidy. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, close to Lake Balaton, but it wasn't crowded at all in April. There are also 3 easy hiking trails that we have successfully completed, and walked a lot, biked, and even baked bacon in the garden in these few days. We also brought a pen oven, but it was a shame, because it is also in the house...:-) We had a great time, the nearby Promenade Confectionery is a special gem for Balatongyörök! :-) We'd love to go back!
