The Gables Cottage

We stayed two nights at Natalie’s cottage and it was so relaxing and peaceful. The cottage was pristine, and had everything we could need. It is in a great location to various sights and hikes. Natalie is a great host!

We had a great stay at Frances’ place! The house was very spacious, spotless clean, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed, and the location was super strategic—close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Eve's Shepherd's Hut in Wicklow

LauraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This little hut was so cosy and perfect for a relaxing stay. It is a bit off the beaten track, but that's also what makes it peaceful and the scenery so beautiful. The bed is super comfortable, everything is spotless, and the kitchenette was well equipped with utensils, pots and a coffee machine. Yvonne was so responsive and helpful throughout my stay, and was always taking extra little steps to make things more special. She even made me truly delicious food - twice! It was a great pleasure chatting with her and she was full of helpful tips for what to visit. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Renovated Farmyard Barn

Thanks Michael for a wonderful stay. We had a nearby wedding in kilkea castle and was perfect for us. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway or need something close to the castle. Michael was very helpful and even lets us drop off our baggage early when checking in.

Home from Home

DeirdreRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Courtyard Cottage is a little gem. Its sunny, courtyard location makes it peaceful and private while also being surrounded by the most beautifully maintained gardens, which Barbara invited us to explore. The cottage is charming. It is very spacious yet cosy and comfortable and so well-equipped that it truly felt like a home from home. Barbara was a warm and welcoming host who made sure we were really well looked after from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. She provided everything we could have wanted for breakfasts which was hugely appreciated. She is a very thoughtful and attentive host and checked in with us as well as giving us some pointers on places to see - St. Mullins was an absolute treat! What a lovely lady and what a beautiful place to stay.

Brook Cottage

KitRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The little cottage was very clean and comfortable and in a good location for exploring Wicklow. We really appreciated that John had lit the fire and provided pastries and a jar of Irish marmalade for our arrival! Our only minor complaint was that the kitchen wasn't well equipped with cooking utensils. Great for breakfasts, but not so much for evening meals - however we managed alright.

Recharge in peaceful countryside.

KrissyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Maryrose was pleasant to interact with and very helpful. She had kindly prepared some delicious scones and a loaf of brown bread for us and put out butter and jam as well. The mini fridge was stocked with water and other snacks, which we really appreciated. We had a very peaceful stay. I recommend it for short stays like ours (two nights) or if you'll be gone all day and just need somewhere to sleep since it's quite small. The garden is big and beautiful though. If it's sunny and warm you could sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Unfortunately, for us it wasn't.
