Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 75, - (10€) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

Lovely large bright house in Marstal of about 250m2 with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Super located down to Marstal Harbour with short walking distance to good beach (Eriks Hale). The house is carefully decorated and very cozy with fireplace and 2 wood-burning stoves. Large 1st floor with many cozy hooks, TV lounge and nice view, partly over Marina and the water. Large rose garden and large wooden terrace with sofas, eating furniture and sunbeds and large Weber Gas grill. Several good bikes in the garage. Perfect for wedding couples/guests.

Bindingsverkshus in small Lejbølle town. Come back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, there are no heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is enclosed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove for decoration. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the coziest with a sense of “old days”.

There are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fish cleaning area and a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

A cozy old, low-ceilinged house with lovely courtyard. Ongoingly modernized. The home contains on the ground floor ; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and good closet space, a smaller room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet, cabinets and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

The men's rooms at the farm Broe have become a cozy holiday home. The apartment is renovated in 2011 and is light and simply furnished. It has its own south-facing terrace and lawn. The apartment is located in scenic and quiet area.
