At Emma's, character!

Alpe d'Huez Houses offers you this 65m2 with 2 bedrooms of good size with a spacious bathroom, a living room under the slope with a very nice height and a mountain view due South in Vieil Alpe and its roofs but clear. The apartment accommodates 4 people very comfortably, has a parking space in a garage box in a closed garage, and a ski room on the ground floor. We particularly like Chez Emma, ??because it gives the impression of being in a small independent chalet. To discover!

Beautiful apartment facing south. The apartment is located in the residence « Les 4 Solils » at the foot of the 10-seater Alpe Express gondola (boarding station 20 meters from the apartment). The apartment has a large living room with comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen, small bedroom and loggia. The residence has a small U supermarket, rental shops, restaurants, caterers, a bread/tobacco press depot, laundry, etc.

The 105m2 apartment is ideal for accommodating 10 people thanks to its 3 double bedrooms (including 2 suites), its mountain corner with bunk beds, and a sleeping area with a 120x200 bed (ideal for 1 person, it is possible to put 2 children however).
