"A stay at home" Our experience in this home was great. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Cartagena, which allowed us to move on foot and enjoy the city in total comfort. The apartment was very cozy, well equipped and with everything you need to feel at home. Also, the owner was very attentive and kind from the first moment, always aware that we were at ease. We would definitely repeat!

Very helpful host. If there's anything you wonder about, just ask him and he'll reply. Just bring toothbrush and paste, everything else is in the flat. Coffee,tea,different spices,utensils, soaps++ Quiet area.

We just had a great week at Villa Delfin de Felicidad. The apartment is very well equipped, pleasant and totally matches the photos. The view is spectacular and totally exotic. The area is very quiet while being close to the center of Torrevieja. Félicidad is a very friendly host, available and attentive, an address to remember for a future stay.

Ana and José's apartment is ideal to disconnect a few days of vacation on the beach since you have a beautiful cove just in front. It has wonderful views. We'll be back for sure. Thanks Ana for making it so easy.

The apartment was perfect for our family golf holiday, it is very clean and spacious, everything you need in the kitchen, beautiful views over the golf course very quiet, lovely swimming pools, all in all perfect. Jackie was a great host very quick responding to any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Great stay, perfect hosts, perfect communication. We highly recommend the house, it is very well-equipped. On the other hand, you need a car.

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

This is an amazing villa - even better than the photos. We stayed in Françoise’s villa for Christmas and had a wonderful time. The villa is palatial - lots of space for the family and very well appointed. It’s very close to the beach too. Françoise went out of her way to be helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would love to stay here again.

Everything was perfect … No Incidents.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

Mr. Manuel was very helpful and understanding from the beginning. The accommodation met our expectations. What made our stay more enjoyable was the kindness of the owners, who helped us with all our questions about the surrounding area and how we could get around in that area. We recommend it and hope to return at the next opportunity.

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and did not bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want it. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce. She had a good knowledge of cheese and more. We will return and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

We recommend Carmen's apartment, she is a very responsive, kind and friendly host by message. Thanks so much for the bottle of wine! The apartment is super well located in the city center, everything is done on foot. The C6 bus to or from the airport is just a few meters away, on the Plaza de los Luceros, except during the Saint-Jean bonfires, when it is taken from the port. The tram is also in Luceros, it is very convenient to go to San Juan beach for example. If you want to participate in this party, it is ideally located because there are entertainment on this square as well as in the avenue Frederico Soto, at the foot of the building, with music. There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as the port. The apartment is clean, very convenient, well-equipped and as described. The view of the port and the city is very appreciable. We had a great time! Thank you so much!
