This place is fantastic. We needed a place while we renovate our home. The staff is fantastic, the apartments really nice and spacious. Amenities are great too. Commute is super easy to Manhattan …walk to express bus and less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

We had such a nice stay. The studio was adorable, clean, and had everything we needed. There was even coffee and a brewer which was amazing to wake up to after getting in very late the night before. Everything about the stay was seamless and easy. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit the area.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location is excellent, very close to all the beaches and Watch Hill area. Marcy was very responsive and very accommodating. The place was very well stocked as well with everything you need. Highly recommend!

I stayed for the month of April with my dog and everything was great. The grounds are well maintained and the building has a ton of amenities including garage parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!

Fiona was super responsive and was able to accommodate an early check in. The instructions to check in were super clear and the space was clean and definitely worth the price. I would recommend the place to anyone looking to stay in Killington!

It's a good value in a quiet neighborhood. Sure, the nearby train and traffic from the main road can be a little unpleasant, and the spotty cell service isn't ideal. But the place itself is great for cooking meals, cleaning up, and getting some good rest. Also with it being two floors and well spread out it felt very spacious, but still cozy on rainy days. The only downside were the few ants who wandered the kitchen while I was there, but they mostly kept to themselves. All in all, I'd gladly stay here again with my pup.

The sundowner hotel has easy check in and out ,very clean and the apt a choose had everything I need as I was home Great location,5 minutes walking from bars,,supermarket stores to get souvenir ,best breakfast you will have at “the breakfast spot club”.Me and my family had an amazing time (not enough days to enjoy,must go for at least a week if you really loves nature)Paula Lisboa🇧🇷🇺🇸

Amazing,Perfect,Comfortable,Everything you could ever need! Very clean. Perfectly located. Cheryl and Dan were fantastic hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay a very memorable one. We were treated like family, and we felt like we have known them for years. We would highly recommend them. And will “definitely “ rebook with them in the future. I stayed for a week & loved it. the apartment is a clean, cosy & unexpectedly quiet sanctuary with a supremely comfortable bed. The location is very convenient, in a leafy area of the East Village with a park at the end of the street. There's supermarkets, chemists, restaurants, bars, a Target & 2 subway stations all within 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment building is secure &, as a single female traveller, I felt very safe here & was confident exploring the local area on foot. It's an easy (picturesque) stroll to Grenwich Village & the subway gets you to Times Square/ Midtown in about 20 minutes The kitchen has everything you need for simple self catering, including a full sized fridge & coffee pod machine. I loved the balcony (a rare commodity in NY) & enjoyed having the door & window open to the spring sunshine. Check in/out was super easy & convenient. The hosts were helpful, friendly, responsive & & professional. Authentically New York & utterly charming!

Beautiful Airbnb with everything you need. Exceptionally clean and great hosts. The flowers and plants around the home were gorgeous. A pleasant walk into town for meals. Highly recommend.

Gina’s place was amazing. This was our second time staying here and honestly it’s just a great place. There’s really good local food, the pool is great for the kids , the place is big and spacious just overall a good place to bring your family or just go with you partner. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality made all the difference. The location is unbeatable—nestled in a charming neighborhood with easy access to Central Park, the Museum of Natural History, and tons of dining options - which they gave a list of at check in! Plus, the nearby subway stations make it convenient to explore the rest of the city. The hotel itself was safe, clean and comfortable providing a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing.

Mark and Richelle are amazing hosts, they made us feel right at home. I'm not gonna lie, the complimentary fresh baked bread and bread oils may have helped :-). It felt like we have known them forever. The very few issues wr may have encountered in our 5 months there, were taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend staying with them if you are in the area!
