Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Hudson River

Cozy and unassuming, Gina makes you feel at home. Fresh, homemade continental breakfasts were great! It is pet friendly, but ours stayed home. We wouldn’t hesitate to bring them next time. Nice fenced yard. We were in town for a graduation at Q Law. The unit is just a few minutes drive to downtown Wallingford and the Q campuses.

This was a fabulous spot for an extended weekend in New York! Super accessible to many subway lines, spacious (for NYC, this place was massive!), modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was well equipped for making small meals, the rooftop was beautiful, and the staff were responsive and nice. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location and comfort can’t be beat. We stayed at the professor’s flat for a full semester while I was teaching at Yale and it was perfect for a couple and a cat. We even had a couple of friends visit and stay over comfortably during that time. We truly lived in the place like it was our home, because it felt like it: it was cozy, and despite a smaller kitchen than we’re used to, it was well equipped, and we were able to cook a lot and even host dinner parties. It’s very conveniently located to everything in New Haven/the East Rock neighborhood & we walked everywhere. Also very convenient to the freeway. A parking spot was included in our rent as well. Remy, Hilary and Sal were always responsive and ready to take care of anything that needed attention. Remy also gave us and all the tenants extras like baked goods, and samples of her great Italian cooking on occasion (around the holidays). They also gave us fire logs for the fireplace we used our entire last month in town.

We had a great time in this suite for 2 nights during Easter Weekend . This was a surprise gift for my boys .they absolutely loved the decor/gamers & Minecraft .they already asked to go back .host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed .we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Bearpath Lodging while in town for our son’s graduation from Colgate University. The four-bedroom apartment was cozy, comfortable, and tastefully furnished with charming country-style décor. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing stay. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommended!

It’s a lovely, large space. It’s outfitted with all you need. Rachel gave very clear instructions and the whole thing was easy to navigate. I’d definitely come back.

I had a great time, attended a local concert with a friend of mine and it was close by. Not even a five minute lyft ride. There was a restaurant right across the street, the gym was perfect, and the deck overlooking Newark while looking over the water to New York City. Will rebook next time I'm in town.

My family enjoyed our stay at Tanya’s place. The house was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. Tanya’s recommendations were helpful, and there was plenty to do in Harlem, including shopping, restaurants and a comedy club. However, we spent most of our time in downtown Manhattan, which was an easy train ride away. Great NY vacay!

We had a lovely time at your home! The house was immaculate and the backyard was great for our kids and dog. The short walk to Cove park was nice and the park had great amenities. We also visited the maritime aquarium in Norwalk and the drive wasn’t horrible for being near-city driving. Elena was very prompt in responding to help requests and was very helpful. Million dollar views of Holly Pond and the Long Island Sound. And the beauty of the backyard is understated in the listing!

Apolonio was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The place was beautiful, with a private lake that made it extra special. We had a great time with our family and truly appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Andrew & Tracy were fantastic hosts and the home was nice and spacious. A quick drive brought us to downtown Saratoga and the racetracks! We hope to stay again soon.

Meghan and Dan, i cannot say enough wonderful things about your home. Perfect place to recoup from surgery. This is a pristine home. This is not an ordinary place, they took a lot of care in choosing everything. I even mentioned these are not “ curtains “ or average linen. This is true upholstery, textiles that are soft and last! The Rattan carpets Matched well with the decor. I would definitely recommend staying for any reason! I would call it a very American Cottage! Worth every penny and solitude! Thank you again

Amazing property for a big group or family. The house is pretty secluded, though there are apartments being built behind the pond with construction noises. However you still feel tucked away and it offers stunning views. Since it's in nature, we did run into some bugs and mice problems, but the host was communicative and helpful. The house is stunning and fit our needs perfectly. I will definitely be back!

Tracey’s home was newly renovated and wonderfully so. The beds were the among the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in , including nice hotels. The en suite bathroom and shower was nicer than hotel quality. The kitchen was chefs quality which made sense when we found out that Tracey was a restauranteur and runs the local golf club’s restaurant. He kindly made us some cookies upon arrival, but we did not get a chance to eat at his restaurant…which looked great…as did the public golf course. Tracey was a superb host, friendly and always available with good suggestions. Our kids loved playing in the back yard, rolling down the hill. They want to go back to “Mr Tracey’s House” as do we. Danbury was a nice alternative to Hudson valley with fewer tourists, yet still good hikes nearby as well as some good restaurants and a train museum that are kids enjoyed.

David and Mercedes have a lovely home and they are very responsive and eager to help when needed. We were in the area to deal with a family health crisis and their place provided a peaceful respite from the stress of caring for our loved one and managing the healthcare system. Thank you David & Meche for providing a port in our storm.

The house was spotless and the views were incredible. It was a very comfortable house to be in and is great for a peaceful getaway.

We enjoyed the three night stays. The rental is a bit dated but excellent location, clean, cozy, sufficient size for family of four(2 kids), and super responsive for Vacasa. I want to particularly highlight Vacasa local support Kendra. We can’t find RFID card for account to pool/gym in our room. Kendra managed to get us a card on Friday evening that everyone in Green Mountain has left for weekend. We will also get the compensation for not having RFID card per coordination by Kendra. Although the rental is good in overall, Kendra makes our spring break ski trip perfect by meeting such great support rep. We will definitely come back once again staying with Vacasa.

Yes it was a bit pricey but has great access to the sacham trail Probably 50 steps and you are on the trail House was clean furnitures and beds. In kitchen there were few dirty utensils but we ended up running the diswasher before we used the utensils and glasses. The only negative thing is about the check out time : 10 am is too early. And they didnt give us any extra flexibility or paid additional extra hours even though the house was not being rented out next few days. Just rent it knowing this fact. I hope Vacasa will review this policy on check-out and offer some flexibility ( paid or unpaid)

We had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything we needed and the location was great. It felt fairly private despite being right at the base of the mountain. I would definitely book again!

Great stay if you’re looking for something close to the mountain but still right in town! Walkable to everything on Main Street. The apt was as advertised and easy to access and had everything we needed to enjoy a ski weekend.

An excellent place to stay for a ski trip. Perfect location right at the base. Wonderful building with a great pool and hot tub. Excellent for a great ski vacation!

Wonderful location. My family with little kids enjoyed the stay. After a day of skiing, we enjoyed playing in the pool for an hour before dinner. I'll definitely book again!
