This beautiful property has a special place in our hearts. We stayed in the A frame during COVID and we always wanted to come back. This time we stayed in the main house and it was phenomenal. Wish the weather was better for us to use the pool, but next time! It well worth the price. Only an hr from the city and it feels like a full vacation. Wonderful way to lose time time for a few days. We will be back!

It was a fantastic house with a beautiful view. Plenty of space and we really enjoyed our stay. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely come back.

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house is really gorgeous. Everything was very new/modern, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen overlooking the stunning view out the back. The hot tub and fire put were nice amenities to enjoy. The BBQ seemed to not be working, but other than that, no complaints. Location wise, the property is located in the northwest Catskills, near Stamford, NY, and convenient to many hiking spots in the area as well as nearby towns. The property itself its up on a hill, in what felt like a secluded and private spot, which made it feel like a real getaway and retreat. In sum, recommend this Airbnb for the nice amenities, modern touches, and amazing view.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

We loved this cute studio cabin at the end of a quiet lane in the woods. The host was accommodating and left a welcome basket with tea & muffins for our arrival. The whole unit was clean and well maintained with basic equipment for cooking. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching the wildlife. Convenient location for Woodstock for coffee and food, & Ashokan reservoir for walking and cycling. There were a few potholes on the access road to the property which deer use to drink from (☺️). We loved that the cabin was bug free and did not have any trace of bug spray! (We get very bad reactions to that stuff). Thank you for hosting & being respive. Recommend for a weekend 👍🏼

This property is beautiful! The house and amenities are actually just as nice in real and every detail was so thought out. Arp really has good taste and communicated well throughout our stay.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a relaxing weekend escape from NYC and couldn’t have picked a better spot. We came to explore Kingston but loved the house so much that we were just as happy staying in, playing games, and soaking in the cozy vibes. The home is beautiful and thoughtfully appointed — I can only imagine how magical it must be in the summer with the porch, or in the fall with the foliage. Even in late winter, it was idyllic. The location is perfect — just about 10 minutes from Kingston, so it’s super easy to pop into town while still feeling tucked away. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I were blown away by the beauty and thought that was put into this private destination. The moment you step on property, the freshness of the air and sounds of the creek are immediately calming. Diana was incredibly nice and very communicative before and during the entire stay. Activities: The sauna, creek, hot tub, pizza oven, grill, fire place/pits, hammocks- the amenities are amazing and unlike any other Airbnb I have ever been in before. So much that besides a quick dinner out one night (12 min away) and a nice walk around the Mountain Top Arboretum with our dog, we wanted to spend our time at the property. We called it our personal sanctuary spa!! The home: The home style is minimalistic but homey and every single item is top notch quality. There are no shortcuts- the entire place is a work of art. The bedroom and bathroom inspired me to reanalyze my own bedroom style. Thank you for upping the Airbnb game!! Can’t wait to come back to this magical spot! ✨

Brad's place was lovely and very quaint. Had a lovely time with family and very close to nice restaurants.

We spent the weekend in the area and Tim’s place was fantastic. It’s loaded with charm, comfortable and very well appointed and stocked (right down to treats for the dog). The location is beautiful and the views are amazing. Can’t wait to return!

Kira’s place felt just like home - comfortable, clean, warm, and lovely. Kira was also very responsive and kind in all her communications with us. We would absolutely stay again, without a doubt!

Lawrence and Ilze are great hosts! They actually just live next to the house and they own a farm. We took our kid to visit their farms with lots of beautiful chickens and roosters. My son even has a chance to feed the chickens. We will definitely come back!

I had an incredible experience at this beautiful Airbnb in Hudson, NY. The location is unbeatable.. just a short walk to charming shops, delicious restaurants, and the vibrant local art scene. The home itself is stunning, with tasteful decor and all the comforts one could ask for. Excellent bath products! It was the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return on my next visit to Hudson!

Outstanding stay! This place is centrally located but on a quiet street in a cute carriage house perfectly decorated. Everything was super clean, organized and had just the right amenities from fireplaces to a stand alone bathtub to a California king bed. Joe, our host, was super responsive when the water heater was not on high but got it resolved so fast it didn't slow us down. We were very appreciative. Can't wait to go back.

This was a perfect vacation home for our family trip. Spacious house with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, a well equipped kitchen, luxurious and extremely comfortable furnishings and a location that makes visits to surrounding charming towns so easy.

Super cute place to stay for the summer! I was only here for one night so i didn’t get the full experience but the hot tub and grill in the backyard was amazing. The hosts also had a bunch of local recommendations for anything you’d need (hiking, restaurants etc)

A beautiful, comfortable house right on the Hudson with stunning views. We loved watching all the life on the river, herons and loons and ducks, as well as boats from tiny crafts to massive barges. There are great hikes just a short distance away. It is a perfect place to rest, write, draw, and make music.

Our extended family was in search of a place to stay while in town for our youngest son’s wedding. A farmhouse that has been updated without losing its vintage charm, Little Ghent exceeded our expectations! Big enough so that we all had private spaces to retreat, with all the amenities that a family needs while away from home. Little Ghent is surrounded by expansive outdoor spaces. My favorite thing, stepping out in the early morning or evening and hearing only the sounds of nature! Austin was the perfect host, quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. Our weekend was perfect!

We stayed at Patrick's place to celebrate my 30th birthday with five of my closest girlfriends, and it was truly perfect from start to finish. The house is tucked away in a peaceful, private setting, but still feels incredibly stylish and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was perfect—from the decor to the hot tub and Sonos sound system that kept the fun and relaxing vibes going all weekend. The kitchen was gorgeous and became the heart of the house—we cooked, laughed, and danced around it all weekend. The outdoor space was just as stunning and gave us the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Patrick was proactive, communicative, and provided very clear directions that made check-in and our whole stay seamless. Would absolutely come back again—such a special place for a special weekend!

Gorgeous memorable stay at Carol's tiny home for our wedding anniversary. The place is very well maintained, the trains didn't bug us, they were actually fun to wait for and watch pass. The outdoor fireplace was ready for us, hosts left a nice bottle of wine for us to enjoy and celebrate our anniversary. The home is full of nice attentions, including eye masks (you can't have blackout in the bedroom area). Bathroom is very comfortable, we just had to close the blind in bathroom as the toilet does face the window and you can see the neighbour's living room from it - perhaps a privacy film would give natural light while providing privacy ?
