Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hudson County

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us as everything we needed was nearby. Thank you again for hosting us and we'll check for availability should we come back to town next time.

Bob's Place was perfect for our family of 3. We were very impressed by the cleanliness, aesthetic, and accommodations. We felt right at home and wish we could have stayed longer. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival, the space seemed larger than in the photos. Bob was very attentive and quick to reply to any questions and/or needs. We would definitely stay again!

Great little place in Hoboken NJ that was comfy and spacious for 5 people. Thoroughly enjoyed the Hoboken area and very easy to get to New York City on the path. Mengli was very communicative and accommodated our early arrival. The place was clean and a nice place to stay at. I would stay here again if traveling to the NJ/NYC area.

We had a lovely stay! Looked just like the photos and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. Conveniently located near MetLife Stadium which was our whole purpose of staying here. Would def stay here again.

Denia’s home felt like home. For my family and I, we couldn’t have been more comfortable. With the proximity to NYC and quietness of North Bergen, a truly beautiful experience. I would definitely book here again. Thank you for everything once again.

We came for our son's graduation in NYC, and stayed in Cyril's and Kiroo's place. Beds were quite comfortable too. Super cozy, well-organized, everything available in kitchen and bathroom. We had a great time and the hosts were friendly and responsive, and gifted us with cute sweets on our arrival. Bayonne is a peaceful place, a hidden gem, if you are in a car, you can easily get anywhere, but also you can get light rail which is a few blocks away and get to Manhattan in less than 25-min. Super safe area, there is a big wonderful park not far. Sometimes we had wifi issues, but hosts addressed it immediately. Highly recommend.

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

A perfect place for our 10 girlfriends, a HUGE beautiful kitchen and rooftop where we could all snack and relax. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Rainfall shower was exactly what we needed after a long day in the city. Hosts were extremely friendly and so easy to get in touch with prior especially as a planner. Parking is Jersey City parking BUT we got a spot easily. 10/10 would recommend and would love to stay again!

The place is more than a studio. It doesn't come through the pictures (or i missed it) but the living room area is completely separate from the sleeping/desk area and it is connected through a hallway. The apt was super clean and felt new. When you follow the detailed check in instructions (with pictures) it is eazy to get to in. In general the place is spacious except the bathroom. if you are tall and or big you will have some challanges. The legroom between the toiled and sink is very limited. Would stay here again.

Let me start of by saying - AMAZING VIEW. Totally worth the amount we paid for our stay....Loved the place, great amenities, beautiful place Would love to come again and stay at this place.

Fantastic design, everything fresh and updated, and the special touches and messages helped us feel right at home. We stayed monday through saturday, and the neighborhood felt quiet and quintessentially charming. We used public transport which was readily available, once we got the hang of New Jersey's terminal (there is always someone there to help you find where bus will be, since app will not show gate). We found that google maps usually recommended bus 154 or 159 which arrive more frequently and are only an additional block away from the closest bus route which was literally just around the corner. We will definitely stay here again! Cecia was the ideal hostess.

We enjoyed our stay. If you're visiting New York this place was a great location if you can't stay in Manhattan. Right next to the bus stops that take you to the Port Authority in the middle of Manhattan. Grocery store within a few hundred feet. Drug store right across the street. The AC worked great as well! It came in handy after long hot days in the city. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . Excellent location! Very easy to walk to the Path to get to New York quickly. Very clean and had all the amenities to make the stay perfect.

Where do I begin with Kings Airbnb? From the time I booked his Airbnb he communicated with me well. Upon arriving to the Airbnb there was lots of parking and easy access to the unit. When you walk into King's Airbnb you are greeted with beautiful Decor in every room. King's Airbnb will definitely be one I will revisit in the near future.

This space was comfortable for our intergenerational family’s visit to NY. The walk to the Path trains made getting to and from NYC very convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and the space is just as lovely as the pictures show. Do note there is a steep flight of stairs right as you enter the Airbnb. Overall, it’s a much better choice than pricey NYC hotels and the full kitchen is great for preparing meals and snacks to save on food costs! We all loved this place!

THE BEST, EXCELLENT IN EVERYTHING, WE HAVE BEEN VISITING THE SAME PLACE FOR 3 YEARS AND IT IS ALWAYS LIKE THE FIRST TIME

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.
